Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 적색안료 부착형광체의 제조방법에 있어서, 적색 형광체 입자의 분산액, 적색안료입장의 분산액 및 유기 바인더 분산액을 준비하고 이들을 서로 혼합하여 충분히 교반하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합물의 pH를 조절하는 단계와, 여기에 경화제를 첨가한 후 수세하고 건조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색형광체는 Y2O2S : Eu, Y2O3S : Eu 또는 YVO4: Eu형광체중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색 안료입자가 Fe2O3Pb2O3또는 (Cd, Se)S중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더가 젤라틴과 카제인 인것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 포름 알데히드인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적색안료 입자의 첨가량이 적색형광체 100중량부를 기준하여 0.01 내지 2.0중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더의 첨가량이 적색형광체 100중량부를 기준하여 0.01 내지 2중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH를 조절하고 난 후의 상기 혼합물의 pH가 6.8내지 7.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
