Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식(1)의 페놀-실록산 매크로머 1몰당 하기 일반식(2)의 2,6-디오르가노페놀 20 내지 1000몰을 산화성 커플링 반응시켜 생성되는 열가소성 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체.상기 각 식에서, R은 할로겐 또는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R1은 이가 C2-20유기기이고, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R3는 일가 C1-13유기기이고, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디오르가노페놀이 2,6-크실레놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘이 폴리디메틸실록산인 것을 특징으로하는 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체.
- 하기 일반식(1)의 페놀-실록산 메크로머.상기 각 식에서, R은 할로겐 또는 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R1은 이가 C2-20유기기이고, R2는 일가 C1-13유기기이고, R3는 일가 C1-13유기기이고, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, R 과 R2가 메틸기이고, R1이 트리메틸렌기이고, n이 10 내지 30의 정수인 것을특징으로 하는 페놀-실록산 매크로머.
- 하기 일반식(5)의 페놀-실록산 매크로머와 하기 일반식(3)의 2,6-디오르가노페놀을 산화성 커플링 반응시켜 생성되는 열가소성 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체.상기 식에서, R 은 할로겐 또는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R1은 이가 C2-20유기기이고, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 페놀-실록산 매크로머가 하기 일반식을 갖고, n은 10 내지 30의 정수이고, 2,6-디오르가노페놀이 2,6-크실레놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체.
- 하기 일반식(3)의 2,6-디오르가노페놀을 하기 일반식(1)과 (5)중에서 선택된 페놀-실록산 매크로머와 산화성 커플링 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 실리콘-폴리페닐렌 에테르 그라프트 공중합체의 제조 방법.상기 각식에서, R은 할로겐 또는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R1은 이가 C2-20유기기이고, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 일가 C1-13유기기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R3는 일가 C1-13유기기이고, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
