Claims (6)
- 분자당 5 내지 7의 탄소원자를 함유하는 저급분획을 방향족화 시킴에 있어서 하기 a) 내지 c)의 성분들을 함유하는 촉매의 사용방법 : a)갈륨 0.01 내지 10중량%, b)알루미나, 실리카, 마그네시아, 크레이 및 이들 화합물중 적어도 2종의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 매트릭스 0.1 내지 99.49중량%, c)플루오라이드 매체중에서 합성되어 12 내지 1000의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비를 갖는 것으로서, 불소함량이 0.01 내지 1.5중량%이고, 이 불소는 제올라이트합성시에 혼입되며, 표1에 나타낸 X-선 회절패턴을 갖는 제올라이트 0.50 내지 99.90중량%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 0.3 내지 7중량%의 갈륨을 함유하는 것인 사용방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 각각 실탄을 말단기 및 구조적 Al-OH기에 대응하는 약3730-3750 및 3580-3640cm-1에 위치한 IR 스펙트럼의 두 밴드를 갖는 것인 사용방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매중 상기 매트릭스가 알루미나인 사용방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 하기 성분들을 함유하는 것인 사용방법 : a) 갈륨 0.01 내지 10중량%(바람직하게는 0.3 내지 7중량%), b)알루미나게 매트릭스 10 내지 40중량%, c) 플루오라이드매체중에서 합성되어 화학구조식 M2/nO, Al2O3, xSio2(여기에서, M은 금속성 양성자 및/또는 양이온이고, n은 양이온의 원자가이며, x는 12 내지 1000의수 (Sio2/Al2O3의 몰비)로 표시되는 것으로서, 불소함량이 0.01 내지 1중량%이고, 이 불소는 제올라이트 합성시에 혼입되며, 표 1에 나타낸 x-선 회절페턴을 갖는 제올라이트 60 내지 90중량%.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 압출물의 형태이며, 상기 방향족화는 적어도 2개의 고정베드 반응기에서 수행되고, 그 중 적어도 한 반응기는 촉매를 재생시킬 수 있도록 회로밖에 있는것인 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
