Claims (3)
- 가이드베이스 상에 장착된 이송나사축의 회전에 따라서 가이드 베이스상에서 가동테이블을 이동시키기 위한 나사이송장치에 있어서, 상기 이송나사축과 나사결합된 볼너트어셈블리와, 상기 볼너트어셈블리가 상기 이송나사축에 대해 수직면방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 가동테이블 상에 상기 볼너트어셈블리를 부동가능하게 지지하고, 상기 이송나사축의 회전에 의하여 발생하는 상기 볼너트어셈블리의 회전을 구속하는 부동지지부재로 이루어지고, 상기 부동지지부재는 상기 이송나사축의 횡방향으로 평평하고, 길이방향으로 소정두께를 가지는 하나의 기판으로 구성되고, 상기 가동테이블에 부착되는 고정부를 형성하도록 상기 이송나사축의 길이방향에 평행으로 상기 부동지지부재를 관통하는 복수의 슬롯과, 제1부동부와, 상기 이송나사축의 축심에 수직인 제1방향으로 상기 고정부에 대해서 이동하기 위한 상기 제1부동부를 지지하는 제1가요연결부와, 제2부동부와, 상기 제1방향 및 상기 이송나사축의 축심에 수직인 제2방향으로 상기 제1부동부에 대해서 이동하기 위한 상기 제2부동부를 지지하는 제2가요연결부로 구성되고, 상기 볼너트어셈블리는 상기 부동지지부재의 상기 제2부동부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사이송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부동부는 4각 프레임형상을 가지며, 상기 제1가요연결부는 상기 고정부와 상기 제1부동부 사이에서 상기 부동부의 4개의 코너에 형성되고, 상기 제2부동부는 4각형상을 가지며, 상기 제1부동부내에 형성되고, 상기 제2가요연결부는 상기 제1부동부와 상기 제2부동부 사이에서 상기 제2부동부의 4개의 코너에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사이송장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1가요연결부는 각각 상기 제2방향으로 정렬된 한 쌍의 가요힌지로 구성되고, 상기 제2가요연결부는 각각 상기 제1방향으로 정렬된 한쌍의 가요힌지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사이송장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
