가용성물질의 샘플용기와 샘플패키지 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 샘플용기의 뚜껑이 벗겨진 상태에서의 개략단면도,
제2도는 본 발명 용기의 도움에 뚜껑이 결합된 상태에서의 단면도,
제3도는 제2도의 화살표 Ⅲ방향에서의 개략도.

Claims (11)

  1. 사용자가 표면을 마찰하여 사용하는 립스틱 등과 같은 가용성 물질을 소량으로 수용하는 용기에 있어서, 용기의 몸체가 한쪽은 개구되고 다른쪽은 얇은 층으로된 가용성물질이 얹혀 지지되는 도움(3)부를 갖춘 원통형지주(1)로 되어있고 상기 도움(3)부의 하부에는 뚜껑(5)이 씌워질 때 기밀이 유지되도록 된 베이스부(4)가 형성되어 있으며 상기 뚜껑(5)이 씌워진 상태에서 뚜껑(5)의 원추형 내면(16)과 도움(3)의 외면사이에는 가용성물질의 가용층(14)과 크기 및 형상이 같은작은 틈새를 가진 공간(11)이 형성되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 뚜껑(5)이 절첩식 연결부(7)를 매개로 원통형지주(1)와 연결되면서 일체로 성형되고 상기 연결부(7)는 뚜껑(5)과 도움(3)의 베이스부(4)를 연결하되 상기 뚜껑(5)을 열게되면 찢어져서 분리될수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 원통형지주(1)의 개구부(2)가 마개(18)로 막혀지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 상기 마개(18)가 연결부(20)를 매개로 원통형지주(1)와 연결되어 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 상기 원통형지주(1)의 내부에 내부마개(18b)가 삽입설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  6. 제3항에 있어서 상기 원통형지주(1)의 개구부(2)가 상기 원통형지주(1)를 감싸는 장식용케이스(21)의 하즉바닥부에 돌출성형된 마개부(18a)에 의해 막혀지고 상기 장식용케이스(21)위에 장식용 뚜껑(22)이 씌워지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 상기 원통형지주(1)가 다수의 원통형 니플(24)이 일체로 형성된 전시용좌대(25)상에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 상기 뚜껑(5)의 내면(16)이 화장품용 스틱, 특히 립스틱의 끝부분형상과 같도록 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 상기 뚜껑(5) 또는 이 뚜껑(5)과 연결된 원통형지주(1)가 투명재질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성물질의 샘플용기.
  10. 뚜껑(5)와 도움(3) 사이의 공간 및 도움(3)의 내부공간에 화장품이나 제약품 또는 가정용세제품 등과 같은 가용성물질이 충진되어 형성된 가용성물질의 샘플패키지.
  11. 수용될 가용성물질을 액상화시켜 뚜껑(5)과 도움(3)사이의 공간 및 도움(3)의 내부공간에 주입시키고 나서 다시 액상화된 상기 가용성물질을 냉각시켜 고형화시키도록 된 가용성물질의 샘플패키지의 제조방법.
