Description
Claims (13)
- 유입통로; 상기 유입통로와 통하는 밸브시이트; 상기 밸브시이트를 개폐하기 위해 움직일 수 있는 주밸브부재; 탱크안의 액체의 수준에 응답하여 상기 밸브부재를 제어하기 위한 수단; 공간과, 상기 공간을 배출실과, 탱크안의 액체의 수준에 따라 제어실을 가압하는 제어실 수단으로 나누는 다이아프램을 포함하는 상기 제어수단; 상기 밸브시이트로부터 상기 탱크의 내부로 연장되고 진공차단기실을 포함하는 유출유동통로; 상기 밸브시이트와 통하는 상기 진공차단기실 안에 있는 제1배출구 수단; 상기 배출실과 통하는 상기 진공차단기실 안에 있는 제2배출구 수단; 상기 유출 유동통로를 따르는 하향흐름과 통하는 상기 진공차단기실 안에 있는 제3배출구 수단; 및 상기 주밸브부재가 닫힌 위치에 있을 때 상기 제1배출구수단을 덮고 상기 주밸브부재가 상기 열린 위치에 있을 때 상기 제2배출구 수단을 덮는 상기 진공차단기실 내의 진공차단기 및 상기 주밸브부재가 개방될 때 상기 주밸브부재의 폐쇄를 지연시키도록 액체를 상기 배출실로 유입시키는, 상기 진공차단기와 상기 배출실과의 사이의 제한유동경로; 의 조합으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 탱크용 유체 수준 제어밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진공차단기실은 경계면을 이루는 고리모양 상부 및 하부벽을 가진 고리모양이고, 상기 제1 및 제2배출구 수단은 상기 하부 및 상부벽에 각각 위치되어 있으며 상기 진공차단밸브는 중심축 주위의 단면이 일반적으로 균일한 와샤형상의 탄성체인 몸체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체수준 제어밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램은 수평이 아니며, 상기 제한 유동경로를 포함하는 수단은 상기 주밸브부재가 개방위치에 있을 때 액체로 상기 배출실을 부분적으로 충진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체수준 제어밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부분 충진수단은 상기 진공차단밸브가 상기 제2배출구 수단을 완전히 닫는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 진공 차단실내에 폐쇄수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체수준 제어밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 부분 충진수단은 상기 배출실의 하부로부터 떨어져 있는 비교적 제한되지 않은 제1배출수단과 상기 배출실의 하부에 있는 제한되는 제2배출 수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체수준 제어벨브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단은 상기 제어실로부터 아래로 연장된 저수관을 상기 탱크내부에 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체수준 제어밸브.
- 유입구 및 유출구 사이의 연결을 개폐하기 위한 밸브수단 및 유입구 및 유출구수단; 공간을 형성하는 수단; 상기 공간을 배출실과 제어실로 나누며 상기 공간에 장착된 다이아프램; 수평이 아닌 위치로 상기 공간에 장착되는 상기 다이아프램; 탱크내의 액체 수준에 응하여 상기 제어실내에 압력을 가하는 수단; 상기 제어실의 확장 및 수축에 각각 반응하여 상기 밸브수단을 개방 및 페쇄하기 위한 밸브작동수단; 상기 탱크의 충진동안 상기 제어실의 팽창을 지연하기 위한 수단; 및 상기 밸브수단이 열렸을 때 유체로 상기 배출실을 부분 충진하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 상기 지연수단; 으로 구성된, 탱크류 내의 유체수준 제어용 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배출실은 배출실의 바닥에 있는 제한된 배출구 및 배출실의 바닥으로부터 떨어져 있는 비교적 제한되지 않은 배출구를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 부분 충진수단은 상기 밸브 수단으로부터 상기 배출실로 연장된 유동통로를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 유동통로내의 제한수단은 제한된 배출구의 유동율보다 큰 유동율로 상기 배출실로 유체를 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크류 내의 유체수준 제어용 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제한수단은 유입 유체압력의 감소에 응하여 유동제한을 감소시키기 위한 유동조절 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크류 내의 유체수준 제어용 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압력공급 수단은 상기 제어실과 통하고 상기 탱크내에서 하향으로 연장된 저수파이프를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크류 내의 유체수준 제어용 밸브.
- 탱크내의 액체수준의 상승에 따라 다이아프램의 제1면에서 제어실에 증가하는 압력을 공급하는 단계; 다이아프램의 제2면에서 배출실을 배출시키는 단계; 다이아프램이 제어실에서 멀리 움직일 때 밸브를 닫는 단계; 다이아프램이 제어실 쪽으로 움직일 때 밸브를 여는 단계; 및 밸브가 개발될 때 대기압 보다 더 높은 압력을 다이아프램의 제2면에 대하여 일시적으로 가함으로써 밸브의 폐쇄를 지연시키는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 충진밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 일시적으로 압력을 가하는 단계가 다이아프램의 제2면에 있는 배출실로 유체를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 경우에 있어서 경사진 다이아프램으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 충진밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 일시적으로 압력을 가하는 단계는 밸브가 열렸을 때 소정수준으로 배출실에서 수준을 유지하는 단계와, 밸브가 닫혔을 때 배출실로부터 유체를 비우는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 충진밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
