Claims (2)
- 유리기판(1)상에 투명전극층(2), 하부절연층(3), 발광층(4), 상부절연층(5)을 차례로 형성하고 상부절연층(5) 상부에 Al 진공증착후 에칭하여 스트립상의 배면전극층(6)을 형성하는 전자발광소자의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 Al 진공증착시에 우선 외부에서 N2를 주입하여 화학식 질화알루미늄(AlN)으로 표현되는 흑색 절연막(7)을 형성하고, 상기 흑색절연막(7) 위에 Al을 진공증착한 후에 이를 에칭하여 배면전극층(6)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부절연층(5)을 Al 진공증착시 공기중의 N2와 O2를 반응시켜 화학식 AlNOx으로 표현되는 절연막으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자발광소자의 제조방법.
