제1도는 이 발명에 의한 저항 용접기의 전체 구성도이다.
제2도는 이 실시예에 있어서 입력 수단과 표시부의 배열관계를 도시하는 제어기의 외관도이다.
제3도는 본 실시예에 있어서 용접 전류 설정의 처리순서를 도시하는 프로우챠아트(Flowchart)이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지령 신호에 의한 인버터를 제어하여 지령치에 따른 용접 전류를 얻는 인버터 방식의 저항 용접기에 있어서, 상기 지령치에 대응하는 용접 전류 지령 패텬 데이터를 임의로 입력하는 입력 수단고, 상기 입력 수단에 의해 입력되는 용접 전류 지령 패턴 데이타를 스텝별로 수치테이블 처리 혹은 그래프 처리하여 표시하는 표시 수단과, 상기 입력 수단에 의해 설정된 복수의 용접 전류지령 패턴을 수납하고 또한 상기 입력 수단으로부터의 선택 지령에 의해 독출되어 상기 인버터의 제어 지령이 되는 기억 수단과, 용접시의 검출 용접 전류를 축차 취입하여 상기 기준의 용접 전류 지령 패턴과 전역에 걸쳐서 비교하고 양자의 상관 관계를 체크하여 미리 정해진 허용차내에있는지를 판정하는 합부 판정 수단과를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 저항 용접기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,용접시의 축자 취입한 용접 전류치를 좌표 변환하여 상기 표시수단에 표시된 기준의 용접 전류 지령 패턴에 겹쳐서 표시되는 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 용접기.
