Claims (17)
- 피임작용을 가지는 경구투여용 투약단위의 기제를 함유하며 특정 순서의 22-30 투약단위를 포함하고, 이 투약단위중 하나를 투여기간중에 매일투여하며 그 순서는 투약단위가 제제의 패키지에 충전된 방법에 따라 미리 결정되는 다상 제제에 있어서, 상기 제제가 프로게스토겐 기제와 오에스트로겐 기제를 모두 함유하는 20-22, 바람직하게는 21의 순차투약단위로 구성되는 제1상, 및/또는 활성성분으로서 프로게스토겐만을 함유하는 2-10, 바람직하게는 7의 순차 투약단위로 구성되는 제2상을 포함하고, 상기 제1상의 경우, 필요에 따라서 변화된 분량의 프로게스토겐 및/또는 오에스트로겐을 함유하는 다수의 서브-상을 가지는 혼합형의 투약단위로 구성되는 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로 게스토겐이 데소 게스트렐인 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2상의 투약단위중의 프로게스토겐의 분량이 상기 제1상의 최종 투약단위중의 프로게스토겐의 분량보다 적은 제제.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2상의 투약단위중 프로게이토겐의 분량이 투약단위당 ㎎단위의 데소 게스트렐로 표시할 때 약 0.20 내지 약0.125㎎, 바람직하게는 0.025-0.050㎎인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제2상의 프로게스토겐의 총량이 ㎎단위의 데소 게스트렐로 표시할때 0.120㎎ 내지 0.250㎎인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두상의 프로게스토겐의 총량이 약 1.5 내지 약3.5㎎ 범위내인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오에스트로겐 기제로서 17β-오에스트라디올(E2)가 사용되는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오에스트로겐의 총량이 ㎎단위의 오에스트라디올로 표시할 때 약30㎎ 내지 약75㎎범위내인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2상이 다른 분량의 프로게스토겐을 함유하는 서브-상으로 구성되는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제가 각각 활성성분으로서 0.150㎎의 데소 게스트렐과 2㎎의 E2를 함유하는 21투약단위의 제1상과, 각각 활성성분으로서 0.030㎎의 데소 게스트랩을 함유하는 7투약 단위의 제2상으로 구성되는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제제가 차례로 각각 활성성분으로서 0.050㎎의 데소 게스트렐과 3㎎의 E2를 함유하는 7투약단위의 제1서브-상, 각각 0.100mg의 데소 게스트렙과 2mg의 E2를 함유하는 7투약단위의 제2서브-상, 및 각각 0.150㎎의 데소 게스트렐과 1.5㎎의 E2를 함유하는 7투약단위 제3서브-상을 포함하는 21투약단위의 제1상과, 각각 활성성분으로서 0.030㎎의 데소 게스트렐을 함유하는 7투약단위의 제2상으로 구성되는 제제.
- 각각 프로 게스토겐 기제와 오에스트로겐 기제의 혼합물로 구성되는 제1투약단위를 20내지 22일 동안 계속해서 매일 여성에게 경구투여하고, 프로 게스토겐 기제를 주성분으로 하는 제2투약단위를 2내지 10일 동안 계속해서 여성에게 경구투여하는 것으로 구성되고, 상기 프로 게스토겐 기제와 오에스트로겐 기제는 매일 투여하는 투약 기간 중에 여성의 피임 제제로서 작용하기에 충분한 분량이 상기 투약단위중에 존재하는 가입 여성의 임신을 제어하기 위한 투약 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1투약단위가 21일 동안 계속해서 매일 투여되는 투약방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제2투약단위가 7일 동안 계속해서 매일 투여되는 투약방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2투약단위당 프로게스토겐의 분량이 최종 투여된 제1투약단위의 프로게스토겐의 분량보다 적은 투약방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제2투약단위중의 프로게스토겐의 분량이 투약단위당 ㎎ 단위의 데소 게스트렐로 표시할 때 약 0.020 내지 약 0.125㎎ 범위내인 투약방법.
