Claims (10)
- 직선적으로 이동 가능하게 안내되는 캐리지, 상기 캐리지를 안내하는 안내기구, 상기 캐리지를 직선적으로 왕복운동시키는 보이스코일모터 및 상기 안내기구와 상기 보이스코일모터를 지지하는 베이스로 되는 리니어 액세스기구에 있어서, 상기 캐리지를 구동할때에 발생하는 구동력의 반력을 제거하는 반동반력을 발생하는 반동반력 발생수단을 마련하고, 상기 반동반력의 작용점은 상기 구동력이 작용하는 방향의 연장선상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 액세스 기구.
- 직선적으로 이동가능하게 안내되는 캐리지, 상기 캐리지를 안내하는 안내기구, 상기 캐리지를 직선적으로 왕복운동시키는 보이스코일모터 및 상기 안내기구와 상기 보이스코일모터를 지지하는 베이스로 되는 리니어 액세스 기구에 있어서, 상기 캐리지의 구동에 의해서 발생하는 상기 리니어 액세스 기구의 구동부의 가속도를 구하는 수단과 그 구해진 가속도에서 상기 캐리지를 구동할때에 발생하는 구동력의 반력을 구하고, 그 구해진 반력과 크기가 같게 반대방향의 힘을 발생시키는 반동반력발생수단을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 액세스기구.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반동반력 발생수단은 상기 캐리지와 같은 방향으로 이동하는 반동캐리지 및 상기 반동캐리지를 직선적으로 왕복운동시키는 반동반력용 보이스코일모터를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 액세스기구.
- 직선적으로 이동가능하게 안내시키는 캐리지, 상기 캐리지를 안내하는 안내기구, 상기 캐리지를 직선적으로 왕복운동시키는 보이스코일모터 및 상기 안내기구와 상기 보이스코일모터를 지지하는 베이스로 되는 리니어 액세스 기구에 있어서, 상기 캐리지를 구동할때에 발생하는 상기 리니어 액세스기구의 구동부의 가속도를 구하는 수단 및 그 가속도의 사간에 대한 미분값이 연속으로 되도록 상기 구동부에 반동반력을 부여하는 반동반력 발생수단을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 액세스기구.
- 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반동반력발생수단은 상기 보이스코일모터에 접합된 적층전기왜곡소자, 상기 적층전기왜곡소자에 상기 보이스 코일모터와 반대쪽에 접합된 웨이트부재 및 상기 적층전기왜곡소자를 상기 보이스코일모터에 발생하는 구동반력에 따라서 구동하는 전기왜곡소자 구동회로를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 액세스기구
- 액세스기구의 구동력에 의한 반력을 역위상의 힘을 부여해서 경감하는 반력경감장치를 마련한 자기디스크장치에 있어서, 상기 반력경감장치는 적어도 1쌍이상의 전기왜곡소자, 상기 전기왜곡소자사이에 마련되어 이동가능하게 지지된 웨이트부재 및 상기 전기왜곡소자를 구동하는 구동장치를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전기왜곡소자는 적층형 압전소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전기왜곡소자는 형상기억합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전기왜곡소자는 여러개의 쌍을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제9항에 있어서, 여러개의 쌍을 이루는 전기왜곡소자는 웨이트부재를 사이에 끼워서 한쪽의 전기왜곡소자군과 다른쪽의 전기왜곡소자군으로 분할되고, 양쪽의 전기왜곡소자군의 구동개시시간에 시간차를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크장치.
