- xPb(Al1/2Nb1/2)O3-yPbZrO3-zPbTiO33계를 기본조성으로 하고,x=0.01-0.3y=0.198-0.903z=0.048-0.702(단, x+y+z=1)의 조성범위를 갖는 산화물 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가물로서 Cr2O3가 0.1-0.5중량% 함유된 산화물 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가물로서 MnO2가 0.1-1.0중량% 함유된 산화물 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가물로서 NiO가 0.1-0.5중량% 함유된 산화물 압전재료.
