자동차용 조명등 부착장치

본 고안은 차종에 관계 없이 빛의 투사 방향을 상하좌우로 조절할 수 있도록 개량한 자동차용 조명등 부착장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 "제 3 도" 에서와 같이 조명등의 결합편(101)을 브라켓(102)에 직접 축볼트로 체결한 것이기 때문에 브라켓(102)이 자동차의 프레임(103)에 수평으로 체결되는 차종에 있어서는 상하좌우 조절이 모또한 가능하나 수직으로 체결되는 차종에 있어서는 상하조절은 가능하나 좌우조절이 안되는 단점이 있는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이러한 단점을 시정하기 위하여 만곡면과 장공이 형성된 브라켓이 만곡면과 장공이 형성된 받침편과 배면에 만곡면이 형성된 지지편 사이에서 좌우로 회전하도록 한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
만곡면(2)과 장공(3)이 형성된 브라켓(1)의 배면에 똑 같은 만곡면(4)과 장공(5)이 형성된 받침편(6)을 중첩하고 배면에 만곡면(7)이 형성된 지지편(9)의 나봉(8)이 장공(3,5)을 관통토록 한 다음 너트(10)를 체결하여서된 것이다.
미 설명부호(11)은 조명등(12)는 조명등의 결합편(13)은 축볼트(14)는 자동차 프레임(15)는 체결공이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 브라켓(1)을 통상의 방법과 같이 조명등(11)의 결합편(12)에 축볼트(13)로 체결하고 나봉(8)의 너트(10)을 풀어 낸 다음 나봉(18)을 자동차 프레임(14)의 체결공(15)에 관통시키고 다시 너트(10)를 체결하여 조명등(11)을 장착하는 것으로서 축볼트(13)를 약간 이완 시켜 주면 조명등(11)이 축볼트(13)를 축으로 하여 상하로 회전하므로 투사방향이 상하로 조절되는 것은 종래와 같으나 너트(10)를 약간 이완 시켜 주면 만곡면(2)과 장공(3)의 작용으로 브라켓(1)이 지지편(9)과 받침편(6) 사이에서 좌우로 회전하므로 조명등(11)의 투사방향이 좌우로도 조절되는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 차종에 관계없이 조명등의 투사방향을 상하좌우로 모두 조절할 수 있는 편리한 작용효과가 있는 것이다.
