Claims (18)
- 3- 및 6'-에서 보호된 카나마이신 A를, 용매 또는 공용매로서 물 존재하에서 아연, 니켈, 철, 코발트, 망간, 구리 및 카드뮴 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 2가 금속 양이온의 염과 반응시키고, 생성된 착물을 L-(-)-4-아미노-2-히드록시부티르산(여기에서, 아미노기는 보호되고, 카르보닐기는 활성화됨)의 적당한 유도체와 반응시키고, 이어서, 금속 양이온을 제거시킴으로써 착물을 파괴시키고, 보호기를 제거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 3- 및 6'-위치에서 보호된 카나마이신 A로부터 출발하는 아미카신의 선택적 합성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 물질 착물을 단리시키지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착물의 형성을 물, 또는 물과 유기용매의 혼합물중에서 행하고, 유기 용매를 디메틸술폭시드, 디메틸포름아미드, 아세토니트릴, 아세톤, 테트라히드로푸란 및 저급 지방족 알코올 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 착물의 형성을 물 중에서 행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2가 금속 양이온을 아연, 구리 및 니켈 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2가 금속 양이온이 아연(Ⅱ)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염의 음이온이 약한 유기산에서 유도된 음이온 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 음이온이 아세트산염, 프로피온산염 및 벤조산염 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 2가 금속의 염이 아세트산 아연인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노 기능의 보호기가 치환된 벤질옥시 카르복실기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-(-)-4-아미노-2-히드록시부티르산의 카르복실기를, 활성 에스테르로서 N-히드록시숙신이미드, N-히드록시-5-노르보넨-2,3-디카르복시이미드로 활성화시키거나, 또는 혼합된 무수물로서 프탈산, 벤조산 또는 벤질카르복실산으로 활성화시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 카르복실기를 활성 에스테르로서 활성화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2가 금속 양이온의 염을 카나마이신 출발유도체에 대하여 1 : 1 내지 10 : 2의 몰비로 사용하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 2가 금속 양이온의 염과 출발 카나마이신 유도체 사이의 몰비가 2 : 1 내지 6 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-(-)-4-아미노-2-히드록시부티르산의 유도체를 과량으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 과량이 20% 내지 60%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 pH를 9 내지 10으로 조절함으로써 착물로부터 2가 금속 양이온을 제거시키는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, NH4OH 용액을 첨가함으로써 pH를 9 내지 10으로 조절하는 방법.
