Claims (2)
- 페이스 플레이트(F)와 스커어트(S)로 된 패널(P)의 내면에 블랙매트릭스(B)와 형광막(L)과 A1막(A)을 순차적으로 형성하여 되는 메탈백 컬러브라운관의 패널에있어서, 상기 블랙매트릭스(B)를 형성한 흑연의 스커어트(S)에 잔존하는 흑연높이(Hc)가 상기 A1막의 A1막높이(Ha)보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈백 컬러브라운관의 패널.
- 블랙매트릭스(B)를 형성하고 잔존하는 흑연을 커팅높이(Hk)만큼 커팅하고 형광막(L)을 형성한 패널(P)에 A1막(A)을 형성하는 메탈백 컬러브라운관 패널의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 A1막(A)을 형성하는 증착돌리(D)에 상기 커팅높이(Hk)보다 크거나 같은 가림판높이(Hg)를 갖는 가림판(G)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈백 컬러브라운관의 패널 제조방법.
