Claims (6)
- 유전체에 산화물 층을 형성할 수 있는 금속 본체와, 상기 금속 본체의 표면상에 형성된 유전체 산화물층과, 붕산 및 다음의 유기 화합물중의 하나 (1) 지방족 또는 방향족 카르본 또는 그 염. (2) 카르본을 2개이상 가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. (3) 수산기와 카르본산기를 각 1개 이상 가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. (4) 아민기와 카르본산기를 각 1개 이상 가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. 또는 붕산과 상기 (1) 내지 (4)를 화학적으로 결합시켜 얻어지는 붕소 화합물을 갖는 지지 전해질과 복소환식 화합물을 포함하는 전해액에서 전해 산화 중합으로 형성되는 피롤, 푸란, 티오펜으로 이루어진 기(基)로부터 선택된 복소환식 화합물의 폴리머층이 상기 유전체 산화물 층상에, 형성된 도전 폴리머층과, 상기 도전 폴리머층상에 형성된 도전층과, 상기 금속 본체와 도전층상에 각각 설치된 단자를 구비하며, 상기 유전체 산화물층의 결함부 경계면 근처의 상기 도전 폴리머층을 절연체로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 본체는 알루미늄, 탄탈륨, 니오비늄 및 티타늄으로 구성되는 기로부터 선택되는 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층은 최소한 피롤을 포함하는 전해액에서 전해 산화 중합으로 형성된 폴리피롤층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전층은 그라파이트층과 온 페이스트층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서.
- 금속 본체 표면에 유전체에 산화물 층을 형성하는 단계와, 붕산 및 다음의 유기 화합물중의 하나, (1) 지방족 또는 방향족 카르본 또는 그 염. (2) 카르본을 두개 이상가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. (3) 수산기와 카르본산기를 각 1개 이상 가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. (4) 아민기와 카르본산기를 각 1개 이상 가지는 지방족, 방향족 화합물 또는 그 염. 또는 붕산과 상기 (1) 내지 (4)를 화학적으로 결합시켜 얻어지는 붕소 화합물을 갖는 지지 전해질과 복소환식 화합물을 포함하는 전해 용액에서 전해 산화 중합으로 형성되는 피롤, 푸란, 티오펜으로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 복소환식 화합물이 폴리머층인 도전 폴리머층을 상기 유전체 산화물층에 형성시키며, 그에 따라, 유전체 산화물 층과 도전 폴리머층 사이에서 결함부를 발생시키는 단계와, 상기 도전 폴리머층상에 도전층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 유전체 산화물층과 상기 도전 폴리머층을 물 또는 적어도 물을 포함하는 용액에 침지시키고, 상기 금속 본체 및 도전층의 단자 양단에 전압을 인가하여, 상기 유전체 산화물층의 결함부 근처에서 상기 도전 폴리머층을 절연체로 변환시키는 단계와, 상기 금속 본체 및 상기 도전층의 각각에 단자를 제공하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서 제조 방법.
- 고체 전해질로 사용되는 복소환식 화합물의 도전 폴리머층은, 금속 본체 표면에 형성되는 유전체 산화물 층을 갖는 금속 본체를 용액 온도 -25℃이하에서 유지되며 피롤, 푸란 및 티오펜으로 이루어진 기로부터 선택된 복소순환식 화합물을 포함하기 위해 용액에 담그는 단계와, 전해 산화 중합화에 의해 상기 유전체 산화물층상에 상기 복소환식 화합물의 도전 폴리머층을 형성 단계에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서 제조 방법.
