본 고안은 건축용 블록에 관한 것으로 특히, 건물의 벽체시공시 단일시공을 해야 하는데 블록 자체에 단열층을 가지도록 구성하여 조적하도록 하여 그 시공이 간단 신속함에 주안점을 둔 것이다.
일반적으로 건축물에 있어서, 난방효과를 증진시키기 위하여 내부의 열이 외부로 방출되는 연손실이 적은 즉, 열효율이 좋은 집을 축조하기 위하여 중공벽 쌓기를 하여 내부에 단열재처리를 하는 2중벽 쌓기를 하였던 것이다 (도면 제 5 도 참조).
그런데, 이러한 단열벽 축조를 위해선 중공벽으로 양측면으로 벽돌(100)을 쌓고 그 사이의 중공부에 단열재(200)을 넣고 소정 간격으로 내부 단열재의 고정을 위해 강봉(300)을 삽입 관통 설치토록 하여서 된 것이다.
그러나 이는 이중으로 벽체를 구성하므로 그 시공시간이 길어지고 벽체 구성을 위한 소재가 비교적 작은 체적의 벽돌로 되므로서, 그 조적시간이 길어지는 것이며, 내부의 단열재(200)도 상기 이중벽체 사이에서 밀착설치 되지 않으므로서 그 보온단열성도 떨어지게 되는 단점이 있는 것이었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이상과 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 내부 중앙에 단열재층을 가지며 사각돌체형 보강 철선을 가지는 블록으로 축조함으로서 단열효과가 우수한 벽체를 구출할 수 있도록 함과 동시 신속한 시공을 제공할 수 있도록 된 것으로서, 이하에서 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
소정두께와 크기를 가지는 전, 후면 전길이에 걸쳐 소정 간격으로 지지용 돌출부(11)가 횡설된 단열층(1)에는 지지용 사각틀형 이형철선(2)이 전후 대칭 매입되고 상기 단열층(1) 전후면에는 단열층(1)의 저면 및 일측면에 돌출부(12)를 자지도록 된 크기를 가지며 저면 내측에는 적어도 1개소 이상의 상기 수평줄눈용 협지돌기(31)와 일측면에는 단열층 가이드 및 수직 줄눈용 안내돌기부(32)가 돌출된 각각에는 어느 일측에 방수층을 가지는 한쌍의 양생층(3)이 부설되도록 된 것으로서 도면중 미설명 부호 4는 블록이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 살펴 보면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 도면 제 1 도와 같은 상태로 저면을 상부로 향하게 재치후 단열층(1) 및 협지돌기(31)를 제외한 부분에 접착용 모르타르를 도포한 후 쌓고자 하는 부위 및 기 쌓여진 블록(4)의 상면에 얹혀 놓으므로서 높이 방향의 축조가 되는 것으로, 협지돌기(31)는 저면에 돌출된 단열층(1)의 보호는 물론 줄눈쌓기때 일정한 줄눈 높이 조절용 지지대의 역할을 한다.
그리고 횡방향의 축조는 기 축조된 블록(4)의 단열층돌출부(12)나 안내돌기부(32) 사이에 축조된 블록(4)의 안내돌기부(32)나 단열층 돌출부(12)를 접촉시킨 상태로 이때, 돌출 단열층의 양측면을 안내돌기부(32)가 안내시키며 결합시키는 상태로 돌출 단열층(1) 및 안내돌기부(32)의 돌출 길이는 표준 줄눈의 길이인 10mm가 바람직한 것으로 (이는 저면의 돌출 단열층(1)과 협지돌기(31)의 높이도 마찬가지이다). 그 사이에 접착용 모르타르를 개재 부착시키도록 하는 것이다.
한편, 크기는 현재 널리 사용중인 시멘트 정도로 신속한 시공 및 단열층의 확고한 부착으로 단열효과가 증진되는 효과와 더불어 내부에는 이형철선(2)이 사각틀체 형상으로 양생층(3) 및 단열층(1)과 태대 역할과 더불어 돌출부(1)에 의해 단교층(1)과 양생층(3)의 결합력을 확고히 하므로 그 내구성도 강한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성되고 작용되는 본 고안은, 그 체적크기가 시멘트 블록과 유사하여 개당 작업에 그 축적 속도가 빠르며 또 종래 줄눈의 양생시간을 위해 지연시키던 작업을 돌출 단열층 및 협지돌기와 안내 돌기부가 표준줄눈 높이로 돌출지지해 주므로서 조적 속도가 빠를 수 있는 요인이 된다.
그리고 종래 단열층을 가지는 벽체를 구성하기 위한 중공벽을 위한 2개열의 벽체를 쌓을 필요가 없이 1개일의 벽체 조적으로 시공성이 대단히 빠르므로 시공비 절감의 효과는 물론 단열층 및 양생층이 확고히 밀착부착 결합되어 단열성능도 배가 되는 효과를 가짐과 동시 안내돌기부 및 단열층 돌출부에 의해 줄눈의 일정한 틈새를 유지할 수 있어 그 조적조립성이 양호한 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 양생층(3) 사이에 단열층(1)을 넣고 이형철선(2)으로 고정시킨 건축용 블록을 구성함에 있어서; 저면 및 일측에 단열층 돌출부(12)를 가지는 양생층(3) 각각의 저면 내측에 적어도 1개소 이상의 수평줄눈용 협지돌기(31)가 상기 돌출부(12)와 같은 높이로 돌출됨과 동시 다른 일측의 단열층 외측으로는 수직줄눈용 안내돌기부(32)가 돌설됨을 특징으로 한 건축용 블록.
  2. 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 일측 양생층(3)은 방수층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 건축용 블록.
