Claims (5)

1.06미만의 좁은 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖는 하기 일반식의 블록 중합체.
상기식에서, A는 비탄성중합체성 단량체의 블록이고, B는 이소프렌의 블록이며, B′는 부타디엔의 블록이고, X는 탄화수소에 용해되는 이작용성 리튬 개시제의 전기이다.
제1항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 양이 디엔 단량체 총중량을 기준으로 5내지 15중량%인 블록 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 비탄성중합체성 단량체가 모노 비닐리덴 방향족 단량체, 메타크릴산, 메타크릴산의 에스테르 및 염 유도체, 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴로 니트릴로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택되는 블록 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소에 용해되는 이작용성 리튬을 기본으로 하는 개시제가 1,3-또는 1,4-페닐렌 비스(3-메틸-1-페닐펜틸리덴)비스 리튬, 또는 1,3-또는 1,4-페닐렌 비스(3-메틸-1-(4-메틸)페닐펜틸리덴)비스리튬인 블록 중합체.
중합된 부타디엔의 양이 디엔 총 중량을 기준으로 1내지 25중량%이고, 이소프렌보다 부타디엔을 먼저 중합시키며, 중합을 지방족 트리아민의 존재하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하여 음이온 중합반응 조건하에서 부타디엔, 이소프렌 및 스티렌 단량체를 이작용성 리튬개시제와 반응시켜 1.06미만의 좁은 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖는 하기 일반식의 블록 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
B-B′-X (B′-B) 또는 A-B-B′-X (B′-B-A)
상기식에서, A는 비탄성중합체성 단량체의 블록이고, B는 이소프렌의 블록이며, B′는 부타디엔의 블록이고, X는 탄화수소에 용해되는 이작용성 리튬개시제의 잔기이다.
