Claims (15)
- 차량의 구동륜속도를 검출하는 구동륜속도검출수단(11,12), 차체속도를 검출하는 차체속도검출수단(13,14), 상기 구동륜속도검출수단(11,12)의 출력신호와 차체속도검출수단(13,14)의 출력신호로부터 구동륜의 슬립(DV)을 판정하는 슬립판정수단과 동슬립판정수단으로부터의 슬립개시신호에 의거하여 슬립을 조급히 저감시키도록 엔진의 출력을 소정량 저감해서 제어하는 제 1 지령(지령 A)을 발생하여 슬립(DV)이 소정치(Vth2)까지 감소되면, 노면, 타이어간의 마찰계수에 따라서 노면에 전달가능한 구동토오크로 되는 출력이 되도록 엔진을 제어하는 제 2 지령(지령 B)을 발생시키는 출력을 연산수단을 가진 트랙션제어수단(17), 및 상기 제1, 제2지령(제 A, 지령 B)과 차량의 운전상태에 의거해서 엔진출력을 제어하는 엔진출력제어수단(18)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 타이어가 노면에 전달하는 노면토오크(Tr)를 엔진에 출력시키는 제2지령(지령 B)을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 엔진부하에 대응해서 정해지는 엔진출력률(K0)을 제 1 지령(지령 A)으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 구동륜속도검출수단(11,12)으로부터의 차륜속도의 변화속도(W)와 엔진부하에 대응해서 정해지는 엔진출력률(K0)을 제 1 지령(지령 A)으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 구동륜속도검출수단(11,12)으로부터의 구동륜의 가속도(W)에 대응해서 구하게되는 지령치(Q)를 제 1 지령(지령 A)으로 하고, 엔진출력제어수단(18)은 상기 지령치(Q)와 엔진부하로부터 엔진출력률(K0)을 연산하고, 동엔진출력률(K0)에 대응해서 엔진출력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 슬립량(DV)으로부터 노면, 타이어간의 마찰계수를 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단은 다음의 식으로 표시되는 지령치 QQ=K,Sn[여기서, K는 정수, Sn=Sn-1+DV(DV는 구동륜속도와 슬립판정용의 소정차륜속도(Vth1)에 의거하여 슬립판정수단에 의해 판정된 슬립)]를 제 2 지령(지령 B)로 하고, 엔진출력제어수단은 상기 지령치 Q와 엔진부하로부터 출력률(K1)을 연산해서 엔진출력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 엔진출력제어수단(18)은 엔진의 각종 센서로부터의 입력을 받아 점화시기, 연료분사량, 연료분사시기와 분사를 행할 것인지 어떤지를 연산하는 점화시기제어수단(27), 연료분사량결정수단(28), 연료분사시기결정수단(29)을 가지고, 출력률연산수단(24)으로부터의 제 1 지령(지령 A)에 의한 엔진출력률(K0)에 대응해서 상기 점화시기제어수단(27), 연료분사량결정수단(28), 연료분사시기결정수단(29)의 하나 또는 복수개를 선택하고, 또한 선택된 수단의 출력률을 결정하는 선택수단(26)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 엔진출력제어수단(18)은 출력률연산수단(24)으로부터의 제 2 지령(지령 B)에 의해 드로틀밸브개방정도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 출력률연산수단(24)은 제 1 지령(지령 A)를 출력중에서부터 제 2 지령(지령 B)를 출력하기 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용엔진의 구동력제어장치.
