제6도는 본 발명에 사용될 수 있는, 섬유 필터층 부직포의 구체예의 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 열가소성 유기합성섬유로 구성되며, 다음 관계식(1)-94)를 만족하는 필터 부직포로 이루어짐 섬유 필터층을 갖는 커피 필터재: 3≤x≤30 (1), y≥0.2x (2), 1≤γ30(3), 및 γ70≤50 (4) 상기중, x는 필터 부직포의 기초중량(g/㎡), y는 수은 포르시미터에 의해 측정되는, 필터 부직포중의 미세공의 누적 부피값(㎤/g), γ30은 필터 부직포중의 미세공의 부피가 작은 미세공 반경쪽으로부터 누적되어 누적 부피값이 0.3y와 같아질때 관찰된 미세공의 최대반경(㎛)이고, γ70은 필터 부직포중의 미세공의 부피가 작은 미세공 반경쪽으로부터 누적도어 누적 부피값이 0.7y와 같아지고, 커피로부터 추출된 유지성분을 습한상태에서 적어도 0.5g/g 흡착할 수 있을때 관찰된 미세공의 최대반경(㎛)을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필터 부직포로된 열가소성 유기합성섬유의 평균 직경이 15㎛이하인 것을 특징인 커피 필터재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 필터층의 여과특성에 실질적인 영향을 끼지지 않는 적어도 한장의 강화 직물로된 지지층이 섬유 필터층에 적층 및 결합됨으로써, 집적된 복합시트재로된 커피 필터재.
  4. 평균 직경이 15㎛ 이하인 열가소성 유기합성유로 구성된 필터 부직포로된 섬유 필터층과, 이 섬유 필터층의 여과특성에는 실질적인 영향을 끼치지 않는 적어도 한장의 강화 직물로된, 섬유 필터층에 적층 및 결합된 지지층으로 이루어진 복합 시트재로 되고, 이 복합 시트재의 공기투과도가 10-250㎤/㎠초이며, 커피 추출시, 이 복합 시트재를 투과하는 커피 미립자의 부피 평균 입자크기의 범위가, 50㎛이하의 크기를 갖는 투과된 커피 미립자의 입자크기분포로부터 결정될때 5-10㎛사이인 것이 특징인 커피 필터재.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 커피 필터재로 만들어진 커피 필터 백용의 백-모양 요소.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 커피 필터재로 만들어진 백-모양 요소: 이 백-모양 요소에 함유된 커피 분말: 및 그의 적어도 한쪽 말단부가 백-모양 요소에 고정된 매달림 요소로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 커피 필터 백.
