Claims (4)
- (i) 분자량이 1500보다 크고 2 내지 6의 아민 작용가를 함유하는 1급 또는 2급 아민 말단 폴리에테르 ; 및 (ii) (a) 각각의 아민 그룹에 대하여 하나 이상의 오르토 위치가 저급 알킬 그룹으로 치환된 방향족 디아민, 및 (b) 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐아민을 포함하는 방향족 아민 배합물을 혼합시킴을 특징으로하여, 폴리우레아 탄성중합체의 방응사출성형시에 사용하기에 특히 적합한 폴리아민 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, n은 0.1내지 0.7의 평균값을 가지며, X는 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급-알킬중에서 선택된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(i)이 3의 아민 작용기를 가지며 분자량이 5000인 80 내지 55중량% 1급 아민 말단 폴리에테르이고 ; 성분(ii)가 a) 1-메틸-3, 5-디에틸-2, 4-디아미노벤젠, 1-메틸-3, 5-디에틸-2, 6-디아미노벤젠 및 다양한 비율의 이의 혼합물, 1, 3, 5-트리에틸-2, 4-디아미노벤젠, 3, 3′, 5, 5′-테트라이소프로필-4, 4′-디아미노디페닐 메탄, 또는 3급 부틸벤젠디아민 중에서 선택된, 99 내지 50중량%의 방향족 디아민, 및 b) X가 수소이고, n 이 0.25 내지 0.35의 평균값을 갖는, 1 내지 50중량%의 일반식(I)의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐아민을 포함하는 20 내지 45중량%의 방향족 아민 배합물인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 성분 (i)이 3의 아민 작용기를 가지며 분자량이 5000인 80 내지 55 중량%의 1급 아민 말단 폴리에테르이고 ; 성분(ii)가 a) 1-메틸-3, 5-디에틸-2, 4-디아미노벤젠, 1-메틸-3, 5-디에틸-2, 6-디아미노벤젠 및 다양한 비율의 이의 혼합물, 1, 3, 5-트리에틸-2, 4-디아미노벤젠, 3, 3′, 5, 5′-테트라이소프로필-4, 4′-디아미노디페닐메탄, 또는 3급 부틸벤젠디아민중에서 선택된, 99 내지 50중량%의 방향족 디아민, 및 b) X가 수소이고 n 이 0.25 내지 0.35의 평균값을 갖는, 1 내지 50중량%의 일반식(I)의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐아민을 포함하는 20 내지 45중량%의 방향족 아민 배합물인 폴리아민 혼합물.
