Claims (12)
- 목재 칩, 목재 파이버, 톱밥 및 목재 울중에서 선택된 목재성분과 결합제를 함유하는 내화목재 합성물에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 알칼리 반응성을 갖는 활성제에 의하여 활성화되는 미세하게 분쇄된 수경성 용광노 슬랙과 물유리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 목재성분 대 용광노 슬랙의 중량비는 20 : 80 내지 80 : 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용광노 슬랙의 일부분은 포졸라나로 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 반응성을 갖는 활성제는 알칼리 히드록사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 목재 칩, 목재 파이버, 톱밥 및 목재 울중에서 선택된 목재성분을 결합제 및 활성제와 접촉시킨 후 얻어진 혼합물을 열과 압력의 영향하에 원하는 형상으로 성형하는 특히 벽판같은 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 미세하게 분쇄된 수경성 용광노 슬랙이 결합제로서 사용되며 알칼리 반응성을 갖는 알칼리염과 화합물에 의하여 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 목재성분 대 용광노 슬랙의 20 : 80 내지 80 : 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용광노 슬랙의 일부분은 포졸라나로 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 활성제는 용광노 슬랙의 중량을 기준으로 했을 때 0.2-10%의 나트륨 물유리와 1-10%의 나트륨 히드록사이드의 양으로 사용되는 나트륨 물유리와 나트륨 히드록사이드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 활성제는 용광노 슬랙의 중량을 기준으로 했을 때 0.2-10%의 나트륨 물유리 및 1-10%의 수산화나트륨의 비율로 물유리와 알칼리 히드록사이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성제는 용광노 슬랙의 중량을 기준으로 했을 때 0.2-10%의 나트륨 물유리 및 1-10%의 수산화나트륨으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물유리는 나트륨 물유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용광노 슬랙은 470㎡/㎏의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화목재 합성물.
