본 고안은 식품이나 의약품 등으로 사용되는 여러성분의 각종 분체를 짧은 시간에 균일하게 혼합시킬 수 있게한 분체교반기에 관한 것으로 종래에는 관내에 설치된 스크류에 의하여 이송되면서 교반되게한 것들이 있었으나 이들은 각종 분체를 균일하게 교반시키기 위한 반복 작업으로 교반시키기가 복잡하고 교반시간이 장시간 소요되는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a powder stirrer capable of uniformly mixing various powders of various components used for foods or medicines in a short time. 본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 적게하기 위하여 양측 지주 사이에 축에 의하여 설치된 원통형 드럼내의 중앙에 일정간격을 두고 누두형 유도판을 설치하고 이에 상호관통되게 다수의 유도관을 설치하여 그 유도관내에 시계방향과 시계반대방향으로 각각 180도 방향으로 꼬여진 교반날을 교호로 삽입시키고 일측 회전축에 동력기와 연결시킨 감속기와 체인으로 연결시켰기 때문에 원통형드럼내에 일정량의 각종 혼합분체를 투입시킨 다음 동력을 전달시키면 원통형드럼이 서서히 회전할 때 각종 분체가 유도관내로 유도되어 교반날에 의하여 교반혼합되므로 짧은시간에 각종 분체를 균일하게 교반할 수 있게한 것으로 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to reduce such a problem, the present invention installs a nipple head type guide plate at regular intervals in the center of a cylindrical drum installed by shafts between both struts, and installs a plurality of guide tubes to interpenetrate the clock in the guide tube.
