Claims (19)
- (a) 1 내지 2.5g/ℓ의 아연 이온이 존재하고, (b) 유리산 함량이 0.8 내지 3포인트의 범위내이고, (c) 유리산에 대한 전체산의 비율이 5 내지 10의 범위내인, 아연이온과 인산이온을 함유하는 인산처리용액으로 아연-도금 금속제품을 5초 이하의 처리시간동안 처리하는 것으로 구성된 아연도금 금속제품을 인산염 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50 내지 70℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 온도가 60 내지 65℃의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염 처리용액은 NO3- 이온을 함유하고 Zn2+: NO3 +의 중량비가 1 : (1-8)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, PO4 -: NO3 -의 중량비가 1 : (0.1-2.5)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염 처리용액은 H2PO4 -이온을 함유하고 Zn2+: H2PO4 -의 중량비가 1 : (1-8)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인산염 처리용액은 H2PO4 -이온을 함유하고 Zn2+: H2PO4 -의 중량비가 1 : (1-8)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리산 함량은 1.2 내지 1.8 포인트의 범위내이고, 유리산에 대한 전체산의 비율이 6 내지 8의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.6 내지 1.9g/㎡의 두께를 갖는 인산염 피막이 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 인산염 피막은 1.2 내지 1.4g/㎡의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리시간은 2.5 내지 5초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염 처리용액에 니켈이온이 또한 2 내지 20중량부 아연이온에 대하여 1중량부의 니켈이온의 양의 비율로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연도금 금속제품이 전해 아연도금 금속제품임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 금속제품이 철기본합금임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제품이 금속판 또는 스트립의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연도금 금속제품이 티타늄염 함유 전처리 조성물로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연도금 금속제품을 인산염 처리용액으로 처리시키고 나서 크롬산 및 인산 부동화 용액으로 부동화함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 아연도금 금속제품을 인산염 처리용액으로 처리시키고 나서 크롬산 및 인산 부동화 용액으로 부동화함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연도금 금속제품을 인산염 처리용액으로 처리시키고 나서 크롬산 또는 인산 부동화 용액으로 부동화함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
