Claims (7)
- 서열 PELA (또는 V) PEDPEDSALLEDPV (또는 A) GTVA(또는 S)의 일부분 또는 전부를 복제하는 아미노산 서열로 구성된 단백질성 물질 및 헤르페스 심플렉스 비루스 타입 1과 2의 당단백질 D와 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 모노클로날 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 서열 PELA (또는 V) PEDPEDSALL로 구성된 단백질성 물질과 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 모노클로날 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 서열 LA (또는 V) PEDPEDSALL (또는 A) GTVA (또는 S)로 구성된 단백질성 물질과 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 모노클로날 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 서열 PEDPEDSALL로 구성된 단백질성 물질과 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 모노클로날 항체.
- 특이적 항체와의 선택적 면역반응을 기초로하여 헤르페스 심플렉스 비루스 타입 1 또는 타입 2의 당단백질 D 또는 면역학적 활성 단편 또는 그의 유사체를 분리시키는 면역학적 방법에 있어서, 제 1항의 모노클로날 항체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 특이적 항체와의 선택적 면역 반응을 기초로하여 헤르페스 심플렉스 비루스 타입 1 또는 타입 2의 당단백질 D 또는 면역학적 활성 단편 또는 그의 유사체를 정량 탐지하는 면역학적 방법에 있어서, 제 1항의 모노클로날 항체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
