Claims (11)
- 하기 (a)와 (b)로 구성되는 아크릴 별모양 중합체 : a. 하기(ⅰ)와(ⅱ)로 된 혼합물에서 유래되는 중합체로 이루어진 핵 ; (ⅰ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 적어도 두개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 1-100중량% :(ⅱ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 0-99중량% :b. 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체에서 유래되는 중합체 사슬들로 이루어진 핵에 부착되어 있는 적어도 5개의 가지 :(이때, 상기식들중에서, R은 각기 같거나 다른 것으로서 H, CH3, CH3CH2, CN 또는 CO2R'이며, Z'는 0 또는 NR'이고, R'는 C1-4알킬이며 ; 상기한 별모양 중합체 분자들중 적어도 50%는 적어도 5 내지 2,000,000개의 가지를 갖고 있으며 : 그러한 가지는 각기 다른 유형으로 된 하나 또는 그 이상의 세트로 되어 있는데, ⅰ. 상기한 가지 세트중의 하나로 이루어진 중합체 사슬들은 다른 세트의 가지로 이루어진 중합체 사슬들과 같거나 다른 단량체에서 유래되고 그들과 같거나 다른 분자량을 가지며, ⅱ. 각 세트의 가지들로 이루어진 중합체 사슬들은 1.0-2.0의 가지 다분산성을 갖는데, 여기서 가지 다분산성이란, 세트안에 있는 중합체 사슬들의 수평균 분자량으로 중량평균 분자량을 나눈 값이며, ⅲ. 핵과 하나 또는 그 이상의 세트의 가지들로 이루어진 별모양 중합체들 자체는 1.0-2.0의 분자 다분산성을 갖는데, 여기서 분자 다분산성이란, 분자들의 수평균 분자량으로 중량 평균 분자량을 나눈 값이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 세트의 가지들의 가지 다분산성이 1.3-1.6이고, 분자 다분산성이 1.3-1.6인 아크릴 별모양 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1세트의 가지를 갖는 아크릴 별모양 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각기 다른 2개 세트의 가지를 갖는 아크릴 별모양 중합체.
- 하기 (a)와 (b)로 구성되는 가용성 아크릴 별모양 중합체 : a. 하기(ⅰ)와(ⅱ)로 된 혼합물에서 유래되는 중합체로 이루어진 핵 : (ⅰ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 적어도 두개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 1-100중량% :(ⅱ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 0-99중량% :b. 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체에서 유래되는 중합체 사슬들로 이루어지며 핵에 부착되어 있는 적어도 5개의 가지 :(이때, 상기식들중에서의 R은 각기 같거나 다른 것으로서 H, CH3, CH3CH2, CN 또는 CO2R'이며, Z'는 0 또는 NR'이고, R'는 C1-4알킬이며 : 상기한 별모양 중합체 분자들중 적어도 50%는 적어도 5 내지 2,000,000개의 가지를 갖고 있으며, 핵속의 이관능성 아크릴 반복 단위의 수에 대한 가지의 수의 비율은 1 : 1이거나 그 보다 작다).
- 제5항에 있어서, 이관능성 아크릴 단량체에 대한 중합 개시제의 몰 비율이 1 : 1이거나 그보다 작도록 하는 양만큼인 중합 개시제의 존재하에서 중합에 의하여 제조된 가용성 아크릴 별모양 중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 따른 하기 (a), (b) 및 (c)로 구성되는 "활성"아크릴 별모양 중합체 : a. 하기(ⅰ)와 (ⅱ)로 된 단량체들(A)의 혼합물에서 유래되는 중합체로 이루어진 가교 결합된 핵 : (ⅰ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 적어도 두개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 1-100중량% :(ⅱ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 0-99중량% :b. 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체에서 유래되는 중합체 사슬들로 이루어진 핵에 부착되어 있는 적어도 5개의 가지 :(이때, 상기식들중의 R은 각기 같거나 다른 것으로서 H, CH3, CH3CH2, CN 또는 CO2R'이며, Z'는 0 또는 NR'이고, R'는 C1-4알킬임) ; c. 핵에 부착되어 있거나 적어도 몇개의 가지에 부착되어 있는, 다음식으로 표시되는 "활성"기-전단 중합부위 :(R')3M(상기식중, R'은 C1-10알킬 및 C6-10아릴 또는 알크아릴로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며; M은 Si, Sn 또는 Ge임).
- "활성"기-전달 중합부위를 탈활성화시킬 수 있는 시약과의 반응에 의하여 청구범위 제7항의 "활성" 별모양 중합체를 탈활성화시킴으로써 얻어지는 별모양 중합체.
- 하기 (a) 및 (b)의 단계를 포함하는, 기 전달 중합에 적합한 촉매 및 적어도 하나의 개시부위를 지니는 4배위 유기실리콘, 유기주석 또는 유기게르마늄 중합 개시제를 사용한 기 전달 중합반응으로 이루어지는 청구범위 제7항의 아크릴 별모양 중합체를 제조하기 위한 가지/핵 방법 : a. 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체(B)와 상기 기-전달 중합 개시제를 반응시켜 "활성"가지 중합체를 제조하고 :b. 생성된 "활성"중합체를 하기 (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)로 된 단량체들(A)의 혼합물과 접촉시킨다 : (ⅰ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 적어도 두개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 1-100중량 :(ⅱ) 각기 다음과 같은 기를 한개씩 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 0-99중량% :상기식들중의 R은 각기 같거나 다른 것으로서 H, CH3, CH3CH2, CN 또는 CO2R'이며, Z'는 0 또는 NR'이고, R'는 C1-4알킬이다.
