Claims (1)
- 돼지고기를 주원료로하여 약 2cm 정도의 두께로 절단한 후 소금등을 간을 맞추고, 여기에 밀가루를 묻힌 후 계란에 담갔다가 빵가루를 묻히고, 170-180℃의 튀김기름에 넣어 익힌 돼지고기와 당근, 양파, 감자 및 완두콩을 볶은 야채류 및 토마토 페이스트에 설탕, 식초와 조미료를 가하고 80℃로 처리한 소스를 9:0.5-0.7:0.3-0.5의 중량비율로 하여 PP와 EVOH 및 CPP로 라미네이트 적층 처리된 트레이용기에 담고, 용기내의 산소를 불활성기체로 치환한 후 열밀봉하고, 115-120℃에서 1.1kg/㎠ 압력하에 5분, 1.3kg/㎠ 압력하 5분, 1.5kg/㎠ 압력하에 20-25분씩 변동적으로 가압살균처리함을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지용 트레이 포장 돈까스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
