Claims (11)
- 전기절연성 기체로 밀봉된 기밀공간을 내부에 구비하는 밀폐용기와, 상기 용기의 상기 기밀공간에 고착되며 고정접촉을 구비하는 고정전극과, 기체밀봉 방식으로 전후 이동이 자유롭게 상기 기밀공간안에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되고 상기 고정접촉과 맞물림 및 분리가 자유로운 가동접촉을 구비하는 가동전극과, 상기 접촉들이 개폐하는 방향의 직각방향에서 교차하는 면에 배치된 영구자석과, 적어도 부분적으로 팽창가능하며 상기 기밀 방식으로 확실하게 이동이 자유롭게 되도록 하기 위하여 상기 가동전극에 연결된 장치로, 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동전극을 확실하게 이동이 자유롭게 하기위한 상기 장치는 상기 가동접촉을 상기 고정접촉으로부터 분리하는 방향으로의 가압용으로 상기 가동전극에 관하여 배치되는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가압장치는 상기 밀폐용기의 바깥쪽으로 돌출한 상기 가동전극의 끝부분 위로 장착되는 코일 형태의 압축스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 기체는 최소한의 하이드로젠 기체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 기체는 니트로젠 기체와의 상기 하이드로젠 기체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 니트로젠 기체는 체적비율로 40%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기절연성 기체는 절대압력으로 1 내지 10atm의 범위에 있는 압력으로 상기 용기내에 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가압장치가 상기 분리방향에 있는 상기 가동전극을 상기 가동전극의 접촉개폐 스트로크보다 작게되도록 가압하는 범위를 제한하기 위한 장치를 보다 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동 및 고정접촉들은 텅스텐 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동 및 고정 접촉들은 디스크 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고정 및 가동접촉들중의 적어도 하나에는 양 접촉들 사이로의 선접촉을 실현하기 위하여 평탄부가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉접촉장치.
