Claims (22)

  1. 특정 샘플 주파수 Fs의 광대역 디지탈 신호, 예컨대 디지탈 오디오 신호를 전송 매체를 통해 전송하는 전송기와 그리고 상기 신호를 수신하는 수신기를 구비하여, 상기 전송기는 광대역 디지탈 신호를 수신하는 입력 단자를 가져, 이 입력 단자가 전송기의 일부를 형성하는 한편 제2디지탈 신호를 발생시켜 출력에 공급하도록 된 신호원의 입력에 연결되며, 상기 제2디지탈 신호가 일련의 프레임을 구비하고 또한 이 프레임 각각이 각각 N(N>1)비트로 이루어진 다수의 정보 패킷을 구비하며, 상기 수신기는 상기 제2데이타 신호를 수신하는 입력을 갖는 디코더를 구비하여, 이 디코더의 출력이 출력단에 연결되어 광 대역 디지탈 신호를 공급하도록된 디지탈 전송 시스템에서, 공식, P=: 제2디지탈 신호의 비트비ns:광대역 신호의 샘플수에서, P가 정수인 경우, 제2디지탈 신호에 속하는 대응 정보가 제2디지탈 신호의 한 프레임에 포함되고, 한 프레임에 있는 정보 패킷 B의 수가 P이며, P가 정수가 아닌 경우, 다수의 프레임에 있는 정보 패킷의 수가 P다음의 하위 정수인 P'이고 다른 프레임에 있는 정보 패킷에 수가 P'+1과 같게 되어, 제2디지탈 신호의 평균 프레임비가 사실상 Fs/ns와 같아야만 하고 그리고 한 프레임이 적어도 동기 정보를 포함하는 제1프레임 부분을 구비해야만 하는 요구 조건을 정확히 충족시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 제1프레임 부분이 프레임에 있는 정보 패킷수와 관계하는 정보를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 프레임이 제1프레임 부분, 제2프레임 부분 및 제3프레임 부분을 구비하고, 그리고 상기 제1프레임 부분이 시스템 정보를 포함하고 상기 제2 및 제3프레임이 신호 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 한 프레임이 P'+1정보 패킷을 구비하는 경우, 제1프레임 부분이 P'에 대응하는 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 광대역 디지탈 신호에 응답하여, 다수 M(M>1)개의 서브 신호의 형태로 제2디지탈 신호를 발생시키는 신호 분할 수단을 구비하는 코더와 상기 각각의 서브 신호를 양자화시키는 수단을 구비하는 전송기로써, 상기 한 프레임의 제2프레임 부분이 최소한 다수의 서브 신호의 경우에서, 상기 서브 신호로부터 유도되는 양자화된 서브 신호의 샘플을 나타내는 비트수를 표시하는 할당 정보를 포함하고 그리고 상기 제3프레임이(만일 존재하는 경우)최소한 상기 양자화된 서브 신호의 샘플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 신호 분할 수단이 광대역 디지탈 신호에 응답하여 다수 M개의 서브 대역 신호를 발생시키는 분석필터의 형태를 취하고, 상기 분석 필터가 샘플 주파수 감쇄를 적용하므로써 광대역 디지탈 신호의 신호대역을 주파수와 더불어 증가하는 대역수 m을 갖는 일련의 서브대역으로 분할시키며, 양자화 수단이 각각의 서브대역신호를 블록별로 양자화하도록 된 것으로써, 최소한 다수의 서브 신호의 경우에서, 한 프레임이 제2프레임 부분에 있는 할당 정보가 상기 서브 대역신호로부터 유도된 양자화된 서브 대역 신호의 샘플을 나타내는 비트수를 특정화하고 그리고 제3프레임 부분이 (만일 존재하는 경우)최소한 상기 양자화된 서브 대역 신호의 샘플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제3프레임 부분이 추가로 스케일 인자와 관계하는 정보를 포함하고, 스케일 인자는 제3프레임 부분에 포함된 양자화된 서브 대역 신호중 최소한 하나와 관련되며, 이렇게 해서 스케일 인자 정보가 양자화된 서브 대역신호에 앞서서 제3프레임 부분에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 수신기가 각각의 양자화된 서브 대역 신호에 응답하여 광대역 디지탈 신호의 리플리카를 형성하는 합성 필터 수단을 구비하는 디코더를 구비하고, 상기 합성 필터 수단이 서브 대역 신호를 결합하고 그리고 샘플 주파수의 복귀를 적용하여 광대역 디지탈 신호의 신호대역을 형성하도록 되어, (만일 존재하는 경우)서브 대역 신호의 샘플이, 샘플이 수신기로의 수신하에서 합성 필터수단에 인가되게 하는 시퀀스로 제3프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 양자화된 다양한 서브 대역 신호에 대한 할당 정보가 상기와 마찬가지의 시퀀스와 제2프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 스케일 진자에 대한 스케일 정보가, 상기 스케일 인자와 관련된 양자화된 서브 대역 신호에 대한 할당 정보가 제2프레임 부분에 포함되게 되는 시퀀스에 대응하는 시퀀스로 제3프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  11. 제6항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 광대역 디지탈 신호가 제1 및 제2신호 성분, 예컨대 디지탈 스테레오 신호를 구비하고 그리고 분석필터가 제1 및 제2신호 성분에 응답하여, 각각 제1 및 제2서브 대역 신호 성분을 갖는 다수 M의 서브 대역신호를 발생시키는 한편 특성 서브대역에 있는 각각의 제1 및 제2서브 대역 신호 성분을 양자화 시키도록 되어, 한 프레임의 제2프레임 부분이 상기 서브 대역의 두 개의 서브 대역 신호 각각으로부터 유도되는 양자화된 제1 및 제2서브 신호 성분을 나타내는 비트수로 상기 서브 대역을 특정화하는 할당 정보를 포함하고, 제3프레임 부분이(만일 존재하는 경우)상기 양자화된 제1 및 제2서브 대역 신호 성분의 샘플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  12. 제7항이 부가된 제11항에 있어서, 제3프레임 부분이 상기 서브 대역의 두 개의 스케일 인자에 대한 스케일 인자 정보를 포함하고, 각각의 스케일 인자가 상기 서부-대역의 양자화된 제1 및 제2의 서브 대역 신호 성분에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  13. 제8항이 부가된 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 합성 필터 수단이 각각의 양자화된 서브 대역 신호성분에 응답하여, 제1 및 제2신호 성분을 구비하는 광대역 디지탈 신호의 리플리카를 형성하도록 되어, (만일 존재하는 경우) 서브 대역 신호 성분의 샘플이, 상기 서브 대역 신호 성분의 샘플이 수신기로의 수신하에서 합성 필터 수단에 인가되게 되는 시퀀스에 대응하는 시퀀스로 제3프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 양자화된 다양한 서브 대역 신호 성분에 대한 할당 정보가 마찬가지의 시퀀스로 제2프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 스케일 인자에 대한 스케일 인자 정보가, 상기 스케일 인자에 속하는 양자화된, 제1 및 제2서브 대역 신호 성분에 대한 할당 정보가 제2프레임 부분에 삽입되는 시퀀스에 대응하는 시퀀스로 제3프레임 부분에 삽입되고 그리고 스케일 인자 정보가 양자화된 서브 대역 신호 성분에 앞서서 제3프레임 부분에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  16. 제5항에 있어서, P'+1정보 래킷이 어떠한 유효 정보도 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  17. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 프레임이 에러 검출 및/또는 에러 보정 정보가 포함되어 있는 제4프레임 부분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 전송 시스템.
  18. 전술한 항들중 어느 한항에 청구된 디지탈 전송 시스템에 사용되는 전송기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 전송기가 기록 매체상의 트랙에 제2디지탈 신호를 기록하는 장치의 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전송기.
  20. 제2디지탈 신호가 트랙에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제19항에 청구된 전송기를 통해 얻어지는 기록 매체.
  21. 제1항 내지 16항중 어느 한항에 청구된 디지탈 전송 시스템에 사용되는 수신기.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 수신기가 기록 매체상의 트랙으로부터 제2디지탈 신호를 판독하는 장치의 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수신기.
