본 고안은 코일 와인딩시에 발생되는 단선을 방지하고 마그네트 와이어의 접착을 간편하게 하며 가는선은 사용 영역을 증대시킬수 있도록 한 스텝모터의 보빈장치에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to a bobbin device of a step motor which prevents disconnection generated during coil winding, facilitates the adhesion of the magnet wire, and increases the use area.
종래의 스텝모터용 보빈(101)은 제3도에서와 같이 보빈(101)에 코일(301)을 와인딩 시킨다음, 이를 리드와이어와 납땜으로 연결하고 다시 절연처리토록 하거나, 선의 직경이 가늘때 프린트기판을 이용하여 마그네트와이어를 프린트기판에 연결시킨 다음 리드 와이어로 연결토록 되어 있었으며 이는 한 상(相)의 코일을 와인딩한 다음, 다음 상을 와인딩할때 먼저 와인딩된 폴(201)의 선이 걸리게되어 단선되거나 풀리게 되는 문제점이있었으며 또 마그네트와 프린트기판을 접착할때 자칫 혼선 및 오접착이 발생되어 모터의 기능을 치명적으로 상실시키게 되는등의 문제점이 있었다.In the conventional step motor bobbin 101, the coil 301 is wound on the bobbin 101 as shown in FIG. 3, and then connected to the lead wire and soldered and insulated again, or printed when the diameter of the wire is thin.
