Claims (8)
- 수직 연소실(5), 연소실에서 배출되는 배기 가스로부터 고체를 분리시키는 사이클론 분리기(9, 109), 주로 수평으로 설치된 와류실(23, 123), 와류실로 가스를 도입시키는 도관(18, 118), 와류실로부터 정화된 가스를 배출시키는 도관(25, 125) 및 와류실에 연결되어 고체를 반응기로 되도입시키는 도관(22)을 가진 순환 유동상 반응기에 있어서, 와류실(23, 123)로부터 정화된 가스를 유도하는 도관(들) (25, 125)이 와류실의 벽에 형성된 구멍(들) (24, 124)과 연결되어 와류실 내로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들) (25, 125)이 가스 입구 도관(18, 118)을 통과하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들) (125)은 가스 입구 도관(118)의 수축 입구부(121)를 통과하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들)은 수평 방향에 대하여 15 내지 60°의 각도를 이루는 것을 특징로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들)의 구멍(26)이 와류실(23)의 중심을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들)의 구멍(129)이 와류실(23)의 단벽(130)을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들)(25, 125)이 공급 가스의 유동 방향에 대하여 거의 직각으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스 배출 도관(들) (25)이 공기역학적 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동상 반응기.
