적층 2겹 티슈 제품 및 그의 제조방법
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 방법이 플로우 다이아그램이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 컨버팅 단계의 플로우 다이아그램으로서, 두 크레이프된 웹이 함께 플라잉되어 실질적인 양이 단섬유를 함유한 층들이 최종 티슈 제품의 외면에 접한 표면에 존재하게 되는 것을 나타낸다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 제지용 섬유의 층을 이룬 수용성 슬러리를 포밍 와이어 및 펠트 사이에 침지시켜 펠트와 접촉하는 관계에 있는 상당량의 단섬유로 되는 섬유 제1층 및 제조할 티슈 웹의 주된 강도를 제공하고 포밍 와이어와 접촉하는 관계에 있게되는 섬유 제2층을 갖는 적층의 미숙 웹을 형성시키고; (b) 이 웹을 탈수시킨 후 ; (c) 상기 탈수된 웹을 회전식 건조 실린더의 표면에 부착시켜 웹을 건조시키고, 여기서 제2층은 건조 실린더의 표면과 접촉하는 관계에 있게 되며 ; (d) 건조된 웹을 크레핑시켜 티슈 웹을 형성시키고; (e) 이 티슈 웹을 티슈 웹의 제1층이 티슈 제품의 외면이 되도록 위치된 2겹 티슈 제품으로 컨버팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 2겹 티슈 제품의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단섬유가 활엽수 섬유인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 활엽수 섬유가 유칼립투스 섬유인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2층이 주로 장섬유로 되는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 최소 약 40 건조중량%의 단섬유를 함유하는 것인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1층 중의 단섬유의 양이 약 50 내지 약 60건조 중량%인 것인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1층 중의 단섬유의 양이 약 50내지 약 55건조 중량%인 것인 방법.
  8. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 2겹 상질(facial) 티슈.
  9. 제7항의 방법에 의해 제조된 2겹 상질 티슈.
