Claims (24)
- 하나 이상의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 잔기에 의해 중함체의 각 끝으로부터 분리된 일가의 소수성 그릅 하나 이상을 함유하며 친수성/친유성 비가 14 내지 19.5인 중합체를 제조하기에 충분한 방법으루 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 a몰, 50몰% 이하의 C3-C5폴리옥시알킬렌을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 단량체성 등가물 b몰, 및 130cc/몰 이상의 몰 용적을 제공하는 일가의 소수성 그룹-함유 소수성 반응을 c몰을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 수용성 폴리우레탄인 코옴(comb) 중합제의 제조방법. (상기에서, b는 2이상이고, c는 2이상이며, a는가 0.50 내지 1.25가 되도록 하며, 중합체 분자량 10,000 이상을 제공하기에 충분한 수이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 소수성 반응물을 동시에 반응시키는 방법 .
- 제3항에 있어서, n이 0인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Q가 알킬렌글리콜 라디칼 또는 알케닐 라디칼인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, Q가 -CH=CH2인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소수성 반응물을, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 또는 충분한 몰수의 하나 이상의 하기 일반식(V)의 옥시알킬렌글리콜을 포함하는 이의 단량체성 등가물과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(A)의 디올 중간체 b몰을 제조한 후 이 디올 중간체와 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 하기 일반식(X)의 반복구조를 갖는 폴리우레탄을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기식에서, R4는 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고. c'는 디올 중간체당 일가의 소수성 그름의 평균수이고, Y3및 Y4는 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 옥시알킬렌 반응의 잔기이며, a.b,n,R2,R3및 X는 전술한 바와 같다.
- 하나 이상의 X단위에 의해 중합체의 각 끝으로부터 분리된 하나 이상의 Z단위를 가지며, 중합체의 친수성/친유성 비가 14 내지 19.5인 하기 일반식의 반복 단위를 함유하는 수용성 플리우레탄을 포함하는 코옴 중합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 에틸렌 디아닐린 디이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜이 분자량 14.000이하의 단독 중합체인 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 일가 소수성 그룹의 몰 용적이 190cc/몰 이상인 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 일가의 소수성 그룹이 탄소원자 8개 이상을 함유하는, 비치환 또는 할로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼인 중합체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 탄화수소 라디칼이 12개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 중합체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 탄화수소 라디칼이 14 내지 16개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 또는 아르알킬인 중합체.
- 제19항에 있어서, 탄화수소 라디칼이 노닐페닐, n-테트라데실 또는 n-첵사데실인 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 말단 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 중합체.
- 제12항의 중합체를 농밀화 유효량 함유하는 수용액.
