이중창용 중간 창틀 골재

본 고안은 연속적으로 설치되는 이중창 중창과 이중창 연창에 사용되는 이중창용 중간창틀 골재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 이중창 중창과 이중창 연창에 설치되는 중간틀은 내외측 골재로 각각 별개의 구성으로 되어 있을뿐만 아니라, 이중창 중창이나 이중창 연창 구조에 맞는 2종의 중간틀 골재를 준비하여야 할 필요가 있으며, 또한 이중창용 중간틀을 고정시킬 때에도 나사 별도의 부재를 사용하여 고정 및 조립하게 되므로 조립작업의 복잡함은 장설된 내외측 골재의 사이와 그 부위에 틈이 자연적으로 생겨 틈사이에 먼지등의 잡물이 끼어 미관상이나, 위생상 좋지 못한 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 개선하기 위하여 이중창 중창이나 이중창 연창에 다 함께 적용될 수 있는 이중창용 중간틀 골재로서 연결부위가 없이 내외측 골재를 일체로 형성하여 조립이 간편하고 견고하며 미관이 우수한 효과를 나타내게 한 것을 목적으로 한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이중창 중창이나 이중창 연창에 사용되는 창틀의 중간틀(1)로 합성수지로 형성하되, 상판(2)과 하판(3) 일측단부에는 차단판(4)을, 상판(2)에는 받침레일(5)(5′), (6)(6′)을 하판(3)에는 걸림레일(7)(7′), (8)(8′)을 돌설하여 받침레일(5)(5′), (6)(6′)과 걸림레일(7)(7′), (8)(8′)에 각각 배수공(9)(10)을 천공시켜 구성하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명 부호 11은 외관창틀이고, 12는 외관상 짝이며 13은 유리, 14는 유리고정테이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 외관창틀(11) 중간에 골재(11) 양단부를 용접 조립하면 이중창 연창, 또는 이중창 중창 등 어떤 기존 창틀(11)과도 견고하게 일체화 됨으로서 별도 2개의 부재를 필요로 하지 않으면서 이중창 연창이나, 이중창 중창 조립이 간편하게 이루어지고, 받침레일(6′)과 걸림레일(8′)에 의하여 비, 바람등의 직접 유입을 방지하고 또한 유입된 빗물 등의 수분은 각 배수공(9)(10)을 통하여 배수 제거되며 내부 차단판(4)에 의해 빗물등이 실내로 유입되지 않음으로서 청결을 유지하며 접합부가 없어 외관이 미려하게 되는 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 상판(2)과 하판(3)에 걸림레일(7)(7′), (8)(8′)과 받침레일(5)(5′), (6)(6′)을 돌설하고 일측부에 차단판(4)을 형성한 것에 있어서, 상, 하판(2)(3)의 걸림레일(7)(7′), (8)(8′)과 받침레일(5)(5′), (6)(6′)에 각각 배수공(9)(10)을 천설하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 이중창용 중간 창틀골재.
