Claims (4)
- 마찰재 조성물에 있어서, 파라-배향아라미드 단섬유 3 내지 50중량%와 결합제인 수지 10 내지 40중량% 및 충전재 10 내지 87중량%가 혼합되어 있으며, 이때 상기 파라-배향아라미드 단섬유와 결합제가 1 : 1.5 내지 1 : 5의 중량비를 이루면서 혼합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지는 페놀-포름알데히드수지, 멜라민포름알데히드수지, 에폭시수지, 우레아포름알데히드수지 및 가교결합된 알카리수지중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재는 유기충전재와 무기충전재의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 충전재는 산화알루미늄, 황동칩, 알루미늄, 규회석, 돌로마이트, 황산바륨, 마아블화이트, 중정석, 점토, 활석, 고무, 캐슈분진, 운모 및 황중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 유기충전재와 적어도 하나 이상의 무기충전재 및, 그라파이트, 탄소, 석탄, 역청질석탄, 이황화몰리브덴 또는 질화붕소중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 고체윤활제가 혼합되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
