Claims (4)
- 맨드렐의 외주면에 가황안된 고무재료를 주로 항유하는 고무재료층을 형성한후, 그 고무재료층 외주면에, 그 고무재료층을 구성하는 고무재료의 가황온도보다 높은 융점을 갖는 내열성 수지코팅층을 형성하고, 이후, 상기 고무재료층을 가열함으로써, 고무재료층을 구성하는 고무재료를 가황시킨후, 상기 수지코팅층을 박리제거하고, 상기 맨드렐을 뽑아냄으로써, 고무 튜브를 제조하는 방법에서, 상기 수지 코팅층을 상기 고무재료층의 외주면상에 형성할때, 용융상태의 항성 수지를 노즐로부터 상기 고무재료층의 외주면을 따라 유출시키기 직전에, 상기 용융상태의 합성수지를 내주측에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무튜브 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서 상기 수지 코팅층을 구성하는 상기 합성수지가 폴리(4-메틸-1-펜텐)인 것이 특징인 고무튜브 제조방법.
- 가황안된 고무재료를 주로 함유하는 고무재료층이 외주면에 피복된 맨드렐을 삽입할 삽입공좌, 상기 고무재료의 가황온도보다 높은 융점을 갖는 내열성 합성수지가 유통하는 수지 유통로와, 상기 수지 유통로내부를 유통하는 합성수지를 상기 삽입공을 통해 삽입된 맨드렐의 외주면에 피복된 고무재료층의 외주면을 따라 유출 시키는 노즐 및. 상기 노즐에서 유출되기 전의 수지 유통로내의 합성수지를 내주측으로부터 가열하는 가열수단으로 구성된 것이 특징인 수지코팅 장치.
- 제3항에서 상기 합성수지가 상기 고무재료층에 피복되기 전에서 상기 고무재료층을 냉각시키는 냉각수단을 더 갖는 것이 특징인 수지코팅장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
