Claims (1)
- 밸브본체와, 상기 밸브본체의 주위에 그 축방향에 따라 형성된 복수개의 밸브홀내에 각각 끼워진 밸브스푸울에 있어서, 상기 밸브본체의 일측으로 상기 각 밸브홀에 각각 연속하여 형성된 파이롯트압 유체출구폿트를 파이롯트압 유체 공급펌프에 연결될 수 있도록 상기 밸브본체에 형성된 입구폿트에 연결되는 제1위치 및 상기출구폿트를 탱크와 연결될 수 있도록 상기 밸브본체에 형성된 탱크폿트로 연결되는 제2위치에 따라서 습동하는 상기 밸브스푸울과, 상기 밸브본체의 타측에 상기 각 스푸울과 동축선상을 이루도록 함과 함께 각각의 선단이 밸브본체로부터 돌출되도록 밸브본체의 축방향을 따라 습동 가능하게 끼워진 복수개의 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 각 돌출선단에 접촉된 압축 부재에 연결되고, 조작동작에 따라 해당 압축부재를 상기 피스톤축에 이동시키는 하나의 조작레버와 상기 조작레버에 의해 상기 각 피스톤의 일측방향 이동을 상기 각 밸브스푸울의 제1위치 향하도록 이동할 수 있게 해당 피스톤과 해당 밸브스푸울에 따라 설치된 제2압축 스프링과, 상기 각 피스톤을 상기 압축부재에 대해 항상 힘을 가하도록 해당 피스톤과 상기 밸브본체를 따라 설치된 제1압축 스프링과, 상기 압축부재의 반대측에 해당하는 상기 각 피스톤의 기초단면으로부터 축방향에 형성된 실린더홀내에 습동 가능하게 기워져 해당 실린더홀내에 댑퍼실을 형성하는 댐퍼피스톤과, 그리고 상기 댐퍼실을 상기 밸브본 체내에 형성된 상기 탱크풋트측에 개구되도록 상기 댐퍼피스톤에 형성된 댐퍼오리피스를 갖고서, 이에 따라 상기 댐퍼 피스톤은 그 자체와 상기 실린더홀의 내벽간의 사이에 따라 설치된 제3압축 스프링으로 상기 밸브스푸울의 일측단에 접속되어 상기 댐퍼-오리피스를 폐쇄하도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 유압 파이롯트 밸브장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
