Claims (5)
- 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치로서, 환상요소를 그 위에 동심적으로 부착시키고, 회전축을 수용하기 위한 구멍이 구비되어 있는 환형 홀더가 달려있는 장치에 있어서, 1) 홀더(1)가 탄성고무 재료로 구성되어 있고, 그 구멍(6)에 원추형 부분분절(6a)이 구비되어 있고, 이 부분분절이 축방향으로 연신되어 있고, 그 최대 직경이 회전축(9)의 직경에 일치하며, 2) 홀더(1)의 방사상 면에는 원추형 구멍분절(6a)을 동심적으로 둘러싸는 원통형 환상홈(8)이 형성되어 있으며, 3) 외주변이 원통형으로 되어있고, 외경이 홀더(1)내의 홈(8)의 외경에 일치하고, 그 구멍이 원추형으로 되어 있고, 그 원추형이 구멍(6)의 원추형 부분분절(6a)의 원추형에 일치하고, 그 최소 직경이 홀더(1)내에 구비된 환상홈(8)의 내경에 일치하는 고정 케이싱(10)이 구비되어 있으며, 4)고정 케이싱(10)이 환상홈(8)속으로 밀려 들어가고, 가장 두꺼운 벽의 분절이 홈저부에 인접하여 있으며, 5) 홀더(1)가 이에 부착된 고정 케이싱(10)에 의하여 그 구멍(6)의 원추형 부분분절(6a)을 둘러싸고 있는 재료가 변형되면서 회전축(9)에 압착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀더(1)에 방사상으로 뻗어있는 플랜지 링(4)이 구비되어 있고, 이 플랜지 링에 환상요소(3)의 방사상 면이 인접되어 있고, 고정 케이싱(10)의 벽두께가 더 얇은 단부에 방사상으로 뻗어있는 플랜지링(11)이 구비되어 있고, 이러한 플랜지 링이 환상 요소의 또다른 방사상 면에 인접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 플랜지 링(4,11)의 환상요소(3)쪽으로 향한 측면에 하나의 환상 융기부(5,12)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정 케이싱(10)이 탄성 고무재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환상 요소가 축방향으로 뻗어있는 리브(2)상에 놓여있고, 리브들이 홀더(1)의 주변벽에 방사상으로 돌출하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 요소를 회전축에 고정시키는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
