Claims (9)

  1. 전기 전도성 기재와, 하기 일반식(1), (2), (3), (4) 및 (5)의 화합물로부터 선택되는 전하 운반 물질 1 이상 및 하기 일반식(6)의 피롤로피롤 화합물로부터 선택되는 전하 발생 물질 1 이상이 함유된 감광성 층을 포함하는 전자사진 광 수용체:
    상기식에서 R1은 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이거나, 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C2-C8-디알킬아미노, 또는 고리부분에 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 및 할로겐으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 치환기를 가질 수 있는 디아르알킬아미노에 의해 치환된 페닐이고, R2는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C2-C8디아킬아미노에 의해 치환될 수 있는 나프틸, 안트릴 또는 스티릴, 피리딜, 푸라닐 또는 티오페닐 또는 하기 일반식의 기이고:
    상기식에서 R5, R7및 R9는 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로, 히드록시, C2-C8디알킬아미노 또는 디페닐아미노이고, R6은 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로, 히드록시, C2-C8디알킬아미노, 모노-C1-C4알킬-모노페닐아미노 또는 디아릴아미노 또는 디아르알킬아미노 (고리부분에 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 및 할로겐으로부터 선택되는 1이상의 치환기를 가질 수 있음)이고, R8은 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시이고, 또는 R6과 R7이 함께 결합되어 메틸렌디옥시를 형성하며, R3은 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및/또는 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환된 아르알킬 또는 아릴, 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, R4는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 및/또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 아르알킬 또는 아릴, 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, n은 0 또는 1이다.
    상기식에서 R10은 C1-C4알콕시, 아릴, 히드록시 및/또는 할로겐에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C1-C4알킬이고, R11은 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C2-C8디알킬아미노 또는 니트로이고, R12는 C1-C4알킬이거나, 또는 C1-C4알킬 및/또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환될 수 있는 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이고, R13은 C1-C4알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬이며, n은 0 또는 1이며, 단 R10이 에틸이고, R11이 수소일 경우에는 R12와 R13이 동시에 페닐을 나타내어서는 안된다:
    상기식에서 C는 C1-C4알킬, 임의에 따라 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 의해 치환된 아르알킬 또는 하기 식을 갖는 기이며:
    R14, R15, R16및 R17은 같거나 다른 것으로서, 수소, C1-C4알콕시, C2-C8디알킬아미노, 모노-C1-C4알킬-모노아릴아미노, 디아릴아미노 또는 디아르알킬아미노 (임의에 따라 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및/또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 것)이다:
    상기식에서 R18은 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이거나, 또는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C2-C8디알킬아미노에 의해 치환된, 혹은 메틸렌디옥시 다리를 함유하는 페닐이고, R19는 임의로 치환된 아릴, 또는 축합 카르보시클릭 또는 헤테로시클릭 방향족 기이고, R20은 수소, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는 C2-C8디알킬아미노이고, Z는 임의로 치환된 산소-또는 황-함유 기로서, 벤젠 고리와 함께 축합 고리를 형성할 수 있다:

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전하 운반 물질이, R1이 수소 또는 페닐 또는 C1-C4알콕시 또는 C2-C8디알킬아미노에 의해 치환된 페닐이고, R2가 하기 식의 기이며:

    Y1이 수소 또는 C1-C4알콕시이고, Y2가 수소, C1-C4알콕시, 메틸-페닐아미노 또는 디페닐아미노이며, R3이 페닐이고, R4가 메틸 또는 페닐이고, n이 0 또는 1인 일반식(1)의 화합물: R10이 C1-C4알킬이고, R11이 수소이고, R12가 C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이며, R13이 페닐이고, n이 0인 일반식(2)의 화합물: C가 메틸, 벤질 또는 하기 식의 기이고:
    R14, R15, R16및 R17이 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C4알콕시인 일반식(3)의 화학물: 그리고, R18및 R19가 페닐 또는 메톡시에 의해 치환된 페닐이고, R20이 수소이며, Z가 하기 식의 다리(bridge)인 일반식(4)의 화합물
    로부터 선택되는 전자사진 광수용체.
