제3도는 본 발명의 테이프를 압출, 배향 및 권취하기 위해 사용된 시스템의 개요도이다.

Claims (25)

  1. 적어도 하나의 주요표면상에 거의 종방향으로 배열된 다수의 리브(rib)를 가지며, 또한 적어도 하나의 주요 표면상에 접착증을 갖는 배면을 포함하는 강화테이프(이때, 상기 리브는 어떤 특정의 상기 리브와 배면사이의 접촉각이 약 10° 내지 약 160° 범위각 되도록 상기 배면에 결합되고, 상기 리브의 고유 횡단면의 50%이상이 상기 테이프의 리브-함유 표면으로 부터 돌출됨).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어떤 특정의 리브와 상기 배면사이의 접촉각이 약10° 내지 약160° 범위인 강화테이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 상기 배면에 리브 총질량의 단지 약 20% 관통된 강화테이프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배면에 압출성 중합성 물질로 형성된 강화테이프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 압출성 중합성 물질로 형성된 강화테이프.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 폴리프로필렌으로 형성된 강화테이프.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 폴리비닐알코올로 형성된 강화테이프.

  11. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제를 포함하는 표면의 반대편 배면의 주요표면상에 접착력이 낮은 배면크기(backsize)층을 또한 포함하는 강화테이프.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 감압성 접착제인 강화테이프.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 횡방향 인열저항이 적어도 약 31bs인 강화테이프.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이프가 기계방향으로 배향된 강화 테이프.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 테이프, 캘린더링(calendering) 처리된 강화테이프.
  16. (1) 제1용융수지를 제1압출다이 유입구에 운송하고, (2) 상기 제1용융수지를 상기 제1압출다이 유입구로부터 가늘고 긴 홈을 포함하는 제1의 좁은 유출구로 흐르게 하며, (3) 제2용융수지를 제2압출다이 유입구에 운송하고, (4) 상기 제2용융수지를 상기 제2압출다이 유입구로 부터 다수의 오리피스를 포함하는 제2유출구로 흐르게 하며, (5) 상기 제1용융수지를 상기 제1유출구로 부터 흘러나오게 하고, (6) 상기 제1용융수지를 상기 제2유출구로 부터 흘러나오게 하며, (7) 상기 제1용융수지를 상기 제2용융수지와 융합시켜 리브-함유 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 리브-함유 제품의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 리브-함유 제품을 고화시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 리브-함유 제품을 기계방향으로 배향시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 적어도 하나의 주요표면상에 접착층을 적용시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 배향된 제품을 캘린더링 하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  21. (1) 제1용융수지를 압출다이 유입구에 운송하고, (2) 상기 제2용융수지를 상기 제1압출다이 유입구에 운송하며, (3) 상기 제1용융수지 및 상기 제2용융수지를 상기 압출다이 유입구로 부터 가늘고 긴 홈 및 다수의 놋치(notch)를 갖는 오리피스를 포함하는 유출구로 흐르게 하고, (4) 상기 제1용융수지 및 상기 제2용융수지를 상기 유출구로 부터 흘러나오게 서로 융합시켜 리브-함유 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 리브-함유 제품의 제조방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 리브-함유 제품을 고화시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제품을 기계방향으로 배향시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 적어도 하나의 주요표면상에 접착층을 적용시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 배향된 제품을 캘린더링 하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
