제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 장치의 투시도이다, 제2 및 3도는 실시예 1에서 수득된 약 20중량%의 완전 섬유화된 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 자체 강화된 폴리프로필렌의 사진이다.
Claims (13)
- 열가소성 중합체 A 및 열가소성 중합체 B를 함유하며, 상기 중합체 B는 중합체 A의 가공 온도 보다 높은 가공온도를 갖으며, 중합체 모의 가공온도 범위의 하한점 및 중합체 A의 가공온도 범위의 상한점 사이의 온도 차이가 최소한 5℃이며, 하기의 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물의 제법; a) 중합체 A를 제1압출기로 공급하고, 상기 중합체 A를 상기의 제1압출기 내에서 가공시킴으로써 상기 중합체 A를 용융시키고; b) 중합체 B를 제2압출기를 공급하고, 상기 중합체 B를 상기의 제2압출기내에서 가공시킴으로써 상기 중합체 B를 용융시키고; 그리고 c) 단계(b)에서 수득된 용융된 중합체 B를 제1압출기의 출구에 가까운 위치에서 상기의 제1압출기로 공급시킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 B의 가공 온도 범위의 하한점 및 중합체 A의 가공 온도 범위의 상한점 사이의 온도 차이가 적어도 10℃인 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 B의 가공온도 범위의 하한점 및 중합체 A의 가공온도 범위의 상한점 사이의 온도차이가 20℃ 내지 100℃ 인 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 A는 100℃ 내지 280℃의 가공온도를 갖으며, 중합체 A가 일반식 CH2=CHR인 올레핀(식중, R은 H 또는 C1∼C6알킬 라디칼); 폴리스티렌; 극성 단량체로 변형된 폴리스티렌; 비닐수지; ABS(아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌)수지; 폴리아미드; 아크릴 및/또는 메타크릴 수지 및 저분자량 폴리카르보네이트의 (공)중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 열가소성조성물의 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 B는 200℃를 초과하는 가공온도를 갖으며, 중합체 B가 폴리카르보네이트; 폴리페닐렌옥시드; 폴리페닐렌술피드; 폴리술폰; 폴리에테르이미드; 폴리에테로에테릭 케톤 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 B가 열호변성 액정 중합체인 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열호변성 액정 중합체가 가능하면 방향족 옥시산과의 혼합물 중에서 방향족 및/또는 지환족 아카르복실산과 디페놀 및/ 또는 지환족 디올의 중축합, 반응에 의하여 수득되는 폴리에스테르인 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열호변성 액정 중합체가 250℃를 초과하는 가공 온도를 갖는 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체 B를 제2압출기로부터 가열수단이 장착된 연결부를 통하여 제1압출기로 공급시키는 열가소성 조성물의제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융된 열가소성 중합체 B의 제1 압출기로의 도입이 제1압출기의 출구로부터 1 내지 15스쿠류 직경의 거리에서 이루어지는 열가소성 조성물의 제법.
- 1내지 99중량%의 열가소성 중합체 A 및 99내지 1중량%의 열가소성 중합체 B를 함유하며, 상기 중합체 B는 중합체 a의 가공온도보다 높은 가공온도를 갖으며, 중합체 B의 가공온도 범위의 하한점 및 중합체 A의 가공온도 범위의 상한점 사이의 온도차이가 적어도 5℃인 상기 제1 내지 10항의 어느 한항에 의하여 청구된 방법으로 수득되는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중합체 B는 중합체 A의 주형에 강화성분으로서 분산된 열호변성 액정 중합체이고, 상기 중합체 B가 압출방향에서 본질적으로 단일 방향성을 갖는 연속 적으로 연신된 섬유 형태인 자체 강화된 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 조성물.
- 열가소성 중합체 A 및 열가소성 중합체 B를 함유하며, 상기 중합체 B는 중합체의 가동온도 보다 높은 가공 온도를 갖고, 중합체 B의 가공온도의 하한점 및 중합체 A의 가공온도의 상한점 사이의 온도차이가 최소한 5℃인 열경화성 조성물의 제조장치로서, (1) 상기 중합체 A를 가공 및 용융시키기 위한 제1압출기; (2) 상기 중합체 A를 상기 제1압출기로 공급시키기 위한 장치; (3) 상기 중합체 B를 가공 및 용융시키기 위한 제2압출기; (4) 상기 중합체 B를 상기 제2압출기로 공급시키기 위한 장치; (5) 상기 제2압출기로부터 용융된 중합체 B를 제1압출기의 출구에 인접한 위치에서 상기 제1압출기로 공급시키기 위한 장치를 포함하는 열경화성 조성물의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
