Claims (10)

  1. 하나 이상의 변형 링 폴리시클릭 시클로 올레핀을 포함하는 치환 반응-중합성 액체를 유리섬유 보강재와 혼합하여 중합시킴으로써 보강된 중합구조를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 피복되지 않고, 도사를 칠하지 않은 직조 유리섬유가 디시클로펜타디엔을 포함하는 치환 반응-중합성 액체 혼합물로 포화되며, 상기 액체는 중합되고, 중합구조가 약 225℃이상의 온도에서 30분 이상 동안 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합구조가 225℃ 내지 350℃ 사이의 온도에서 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합구조가 1내지 2시간 동안 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유-보강된 중합구조가 약 30 내지 70중량%의 유리직물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  5. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리직물이 용매로 미리 처리되고, 포화되기 전에 그것의 표면상에 있는 어떠한 피복이나 도사를 제거하기 위해 약 450℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  6. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디알킬 알루미늄 아이오다이드가 치환반응-중합성 액체 혼합물에서 촉매 활성제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 디알킬 알루미늄 아이오다이드가 디에틸 알루미늄 아이오다이드 또는 디옥틸 알루미늄 아이오다이드임을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 촉매 활성제가 2 또는 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 포함하는 트리알킬 알루미늄 또는 디알킬 알루미늄 클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  9. 전술항 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환 반응-중합성 액체 혼합물이 반응 속도 감속제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
  10. 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환 반응-중합성 액체가 디시클로펜타디엔이외의, 하나이상의 변형 링 폴리시클릭 시클로올레핀 공단량체를 최고 약 60중량%까지 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
