Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 변형 링 폴리시클릭 시클로 올레핀을 포함하는 치환 반응-중합성 액체를 유리섬유 보강재와 혼합하여 중합시킴으로써 보강된 중합구조를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 피복되지 않고, 도사를 칠하지 않은 직조 유리섬유가 디시클로펜타디엔을 포함하는 치환 반응-중합성 액체 혼합물로 포화되며, 상기 액체는 중합되고, 중합구조가 약 225℃이상의 온도에서 30분 이상 동안 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합구조가 225℃ 내지 350℃ 사이의 온도에서 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합구조가 1내지 2시간 동안 포스트 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유-보강된 중합구조가 약 30 내지 70중량%의 유리직물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리직물이 용매로 미리 처리되고, 포화되기 전에 그것의 표면상에 있는 어떠한 피복이나 도사를 제거하기 위해 약 450℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디알킬 알루미늄 아이오다이드가 치환반응-중합성 액체 혼합물에서 촉매 활성제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 디알킬 알루미늄 아이오다이드가 디에틸 알루미늄 아이오다이드 또는 디옥틸 알루미늄 아이오다이드임을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 촉매 활성제가 2 또는 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 포함하는 트리알킬 알루미늄 또는 디알킬 알루미늄 클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 전술항 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환 반응-중합성 액체 혼합물이 반응 속도 감속제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환 반응-중합성 액체가 디시클로펜타디엔이외의, 하나이상의 변형 링 폴리시클릭 시클로올레핀 공단량체를 최고 약 60중량%까지 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합구조의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
