Claims (8)
- 원통형상의 벽면에 소정의 작업을 행하기 위한 작업부재(20a)를 구비한 작업헤드(20)와, 상기 작업부재(20a)를 원통형 상벽면의 원주방향으로 이동시키기 위한 구동기구(30)와, 상기 구동기구(30)에 의하여 상기 작업헤드(20)를 원통형상의 벽면의 반경방향으로 이동시킴과 동시에 그 이동량을 제어하는 절입제어기구(40)을 구비하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작업헤드(20)를 내면가공장치의 축중심으로부터 소정거리에 떨어진 위치에 중심을 가지며 또한 내면가공장치의 축중심을 회전중심으로 하여 회동하는 원형캠(20b)과, 링크 기구를 가지며 상기 원형캠(21b)의 캠면과 끼워맞춤하여 이원형캠(21b)의 중심과를 회전중심으로 하여 회전하며 또한 작업부재(20a)를 장착하기 위한 축을 회전가능하게 지지한 헤드커버(20a)로써 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 구동기구(30)를, 태양기어(33a)와, 상기 태양기어(33a)와 이맞물림하며 또한 작업헤드(20)를 구성하는 원형캠(21b)과 접속된 제1유성기어(34b)와, 상기 태양기어(33a)와 이맞물림하며, 또한 작업헤드(20)를 구성하는 헤드커버(21a)와 링크기구를 개재하여 접속된 제2유성기어(34e)로써 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절입제어기구(40)를, 제2유성기어(34e)와 이 맞물림하며, 또한 회전가능하게 구성된 내륜기어(34d)와, 상기 내륜기어(34d)를 구동하기 위한 구동수단으로써 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동수단을, 케이싱 내로 왕복직진 운동하는 피스턴(42)과, 상기 피스턴(42) 이 맞물림하며 또한 이 피스턴(42)의 직진운동을 회전운동으로 변화하는 축과, 상기 피스턴(42)과 이 맞물림하여 이 피스턴(42)을 회전구동하기 위한 회동부재(43)를 배열형성함과 동시에, 상기 회동부재(43)를 케이싱에 대하여 회동, 고정가능 하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동수단을, 케이싱내에 왕복직진 운동하는 피스턴(42)과, 상기 피스턴(42)과 이 맞물림하며 또한 이 피스턴(42)의 직전운동을 회전운동으로 변환하는 축과, 상기 피스턴(42)과 이 맞물림하여 이 피스턴(42)을 회전구동하기 위한 회동부재(43)와, 상기 피스턴(42)과 맞닿아서 이 피스턴(42)의 스트로우크 한계를 규정하기 위한 규제부재(47)를 배열형성함과 동시에, 상기 회동부재(43)를 케이싱에 대하여 회동, 고정가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제4항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 내면 가공장치의 측중심을 관의 측중심과 일치시키어 이 관의 내벽에 고정하기 위한 고정수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.
- 제4항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 관의 긴쪽 방향으로 주행하는 대차(10)에 탑재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 내면가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
