Claims (6)

  1. 제어 전압에 의해 변할수 있는 주파수에서 발진하는 전압 제어 발진기에 있어서, 입력 및 출력단자와 상기 입력 및 출력 단자 사이에 제공되는 정궤환 회로를 갖춘 증폭기와, 상기 증폭기의 출력 단자에 결합된 공진기와, 상기 제어 전압이 공급되며 상기 제어 전압에 의해 제어되는 제어 가능 캐패시턴스 성분을 가진 회로 수단과, 상기 증폭기의 출력 단자에 캐스케이드로 상기 회로 수단에 결합된 저역 통과 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공진기가 제1공진 주파수와, 상기 제1공진 주파수와는 다른 제2공진 주파수를 갖고 있으며, 상기 저역 통과 필터가 상기 제1 및 제2공진 주파수 사이의 차단 주파수를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로 수단이 캐패시터를 통해 차동 형태로 접속된 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 저역 통과 필터가 상기 증폭기의 출력 단자와 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제어 전극 사이에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
  4. 제어 전압에 의해 변할수 있는 주파수에서 발진하는 전압 제어 발진기에 있어서, 입력 및 출력 단자를 갖고 있으며 용량성 소자를 포함하는 회로 소자로 형성된 증폭기와, 고역 통과 필터와 , 상기 증폭기의 출력 단자로부터 입력 단자까지 정궤환 회로를 형성하기 위해 상기 증폭기에 상기 고역 통과 필터를 결합시키기 위한 수단과 , 공진기와, 상기 증포기의 출력 단자에 상기 공진기를 결합시키기 위한 수단, 상기 제어 전압이 공급되며 그 제어 전압 값으로 제어 가능한 리액턴스를 제공하는 가변 리액턴스 회로와, 상기 증폭기와 상기 가변 리액턴스 회로 사이에 결합된 저역 통과 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공진기가 제1공진 주파수와, 상기 제1공진 주파수보다 높은 제2공진 주파수를 갖고 있으며, 상기 고역 통과 필터가 상기 제1공진 주파수보다 낮은 차단 주파수를 갖고 있고 , 상기 저역 통과 필터가 상기 제1 및 제2공진 주파수 사이의 차단 주파수를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기가 반전 입력 단자와 비반전 입력 단자를 갖고 있으며, 상기 고역 통과 필터가 상기 출력단자와 상기 비반전 입력 단자 사이에 결합되고, 상기 반전 입력 단자에 바이어스 전압이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어 발진기.
