Claims (14)

  1. 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지가 폴리아민으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물과 폴리아민의 반응생성물에 의해 피복된 폴리아미드 섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지의 아민가가 20내지 700, 바람직하게는 70내지 100인 폴리아미드 섬유.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 아미노 그룹-함유 폴리아미드 수지로서 3급 아미노 그룹을 함유할 수 있는 과량의 이작용성 이상의 1급 및/또는2급 아민과 이량체 지방산의 반응 생성물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아미노 그룹-함유 폴리아미노 수지로서 3급 아미노 그룹을 함유할 수 있는 과량의 1급 및/또는 2급 아민과 이량체 지방산의 반응 생성물이 사용되며, 이때 이 반응 생성물은 이미다졸린 환의 환원으로서 20내지 90%의, 바람직하게는 20내지 60%(질소원자의 총 수 기준)의 질소원자를 함유하는 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지로서 지방산 및/또는 이량체 지방산과 알킬렌 디아민, 디알킬렌 트리아민 및/또는 이의 고급 동족체가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물의 작용가가 2내지 4임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물이 3또는 4개의 N-글리시딜 그룹 및/또는 O-글리시딜 그룹을 갖는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물이 테트라글리시딜 디아미노 디페닐메탄인 폴리아미드 섬유.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다작용성 에폭시드 수지 화합물과 폴리아미드 수지의 반응생성물의 경화된 생성물이 평균적으로 말단 아미노 그룹 또는 말단 에폭시드 그룹을 갖는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 대부분이 방향족 폴리아미드로부터 유도된 연속 필라멘트, 스테이플 섬유, 섬유 토우 얀, 코드(cord)또는 플랫 직물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 섬유.
  11. 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물로서 폴리아미드 수지 및 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물을 동시에 또는 후속적으로 섬유에 적용시키고, 경우에 따라 승온에서 경화시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 10항에 따른 다작용성 에폭시드와 폴리아미드 수지의 반응생성물로 이루어지며 폴리아미드 섬유상에 결합강도 및 슬립을 부여하는 피복물.
  12. 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물로서 폴리아미드 수지 및 다작용성 에폭시드 화합물을 동시에 또는 후속적으로 섬유에 적용시키고, 경우에 따라 생성된 피복물을 승온에서 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다작용성 에폭시드와 폴리아미드 수지의 반응생성물에 의해 폴리아미드 섬유를 개질시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 섬유를 먼저 에폭시드 수지 성분의 용액 또는 슬러리를 통해 이동시킨 다음, 임의로는 중간의 건조단계를 거친 후, 폴리아미드 수지의 용액 또는 슬러리를 통해 이동시킨 후, 임의로 건조 및 경화시키는 방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 첫번째 건조 단계 전 또는 후에 반응생성물을 섬유에 적용시키는 방법.
