Claims (10)
- 발포성 실리콘 조성물의 성분 또는 기초성분으로서 (a) 분자당 적어도 3개의 알킬하이드로겐 실록산을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산, (b) 분자당 적어도 2개의 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산, (c) 조성물의 0 내지 2중량%를 제공하는 비율로 존재하는 탄소-결합 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 화합물, (d)및 SiO4/2단위 및 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹(여기서 R은 각각 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, m은 평균치가 1 내지 20인 정수이며, n은 1 또는 2이고, p는 1, 2 또는 3이다)을 갖는 폴리오가노실록산 및 (e)성분간의 반응을 촉진시키는 백금 촉매를 함유하며 150kg/m2미만의 밀도를 갖는 발포 소재를 제공하기 위해서, 20℃에서 2분내에 경화시킬 수 있는 발포성 실리콘 조성물의 2가지 이상의 부분의 충격 제트를 혼합하여 형성된 발포성 조성물[여기서 조성물은 혼합용으로 2가지 이상의 부분으로 제공되어 발포성 조성물을 형성하며, 각 부분은 25℃에서 서로 유사한 점도(15000mm2/S미만)를 가지며 각 성분은 혼합 조성물중에서 분자당 적어도 3개의 알킬하이드로겐 실록산 단위를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리실록산의 실리콘-결합 수소원자 대 조성물의 다른 성분의 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹과 탄소-결합 하이드록실 그룹의 비가 1 : 1 내지 6 : 1의 비로 존재한다]을 동공(cavity)에 삽입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 동공 표면에 접착하며 150kg/m2미만의 밀도를 갖는 발포 소재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동공의 내부표면이 에폭시 수지, 알키드 수지 또는 왁스의 피복물이 존재하는 표면 또는 금속 표면인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 성분의 25℃에서의 점도가 2000mm2/S미만이고 실리콘-결합 수소원자 대 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹과 탄소-결합 하이드록실 그룹의 비가 2 : 1 내지 5 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬하이드로겐실록산 단위를 갖는 폴리실록산이 R2SiO단위의 존재 또는 부재하에 하기일반식의 단위를 갖는 중합체이며, 약 10내지 약 100mm2/s의 점도를 갖는 방법.상기식에서 R은 각각 메틸 그룹이고, q는 1 또는 2이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 폴리실록산이 일반식 HO(R2)SiO)tH(여기서 R은 각각 메틸 그룹이고, t는 폴리실록산의 점도가 약 30 내지 약 60mm2/s이도록 하는 약 25이하이다)에 따르는 실란올 말단 폴리디오가노실록산, 및 임의로 일반식 HO(R2)(SiO)t′H(여기서 R은 각각 메틸 그룹이고 t′는 폴리실록산의 점도가 약 50mm2/s 내지 약 2500mm2/s이도록 하는 정수이다)이 실란올 말단 폴리디오가노 실록산을 함께 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 조성물중에 존재하며 탄소수 8이하의 지방족 1작용성 알콜을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오가노실록산(d)의 단위가 R3SiO1/2단위 대[F(CF2)m(CH2)nO]pSiO및 SiO4/2단위 총 수의 몰비가 0.3 내지 1.3인 비율로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오가노실록산(d)가 폴리실리케이트의 실리콘-결합 하이드록실 그룹과 반응시키기 위해 알콜 F(CF2)8CH2CH2OH로 처리한 헥사메틸디실록산 피복 폴리실리케이트의 처리산물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 첫번째 부분이 성분(a) 및 (d)와 성분(b)의 일부를 함유함, 두번째 부분이 성분(b)이 나머지와 성분(c) 및 (e)를 함유하고, 각 부분의 점도가 약 1000mm2/s이고, 조성물이 각 부분의 충격제트를 1;1의 용량비 또는 경우에 따라 1;1의 중량비로 함께 혼합하여 제공되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 형성된 발포체를 함유하는 방음벽을 포함하는 차체의 부분 또는 차체를 위한 부분.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
