Claims (5)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로아실 아릴 말단 오가노실옥산을 수성 유기 용매 혼합물의 존재하에 25℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 가수분해시키고, 생성된 카복시아릴 말단 오가노 실옥산을 혼합물로부터 회수함을 포함하여 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 카복시아릴 말단 오가노실옥산을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 동일하거나 상이하며, C(1-13)1가 탄화수소 라디칼 및 평형 또는 축합시에 불활성인 라디칼에 의해 치환된 C(1-13)1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며, C(6-13)방향족 탄화수소 라디칼 및 평형 및 축합시 불활성인 라디칼에 의해 치환된 C(6-13)방향족 탄화수소 라디칼이고, n은 0 내지 10이고, X는 할로겐 라디칼이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로아실아릴 말단 오가노실옥산이 p,p-(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-1,3-디실옥산디일)비스벤조산의 2산 클로라이드인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 아세톤인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 물 5 내지 20중량%를 수성 유기 용매와 함께 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해가 환류조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
