제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 자기 디스크 카트리지의 개략적인 사시도.
제2도는 제1도의 자기 디스크 카트리지를 전개한 그림.
제3도는 제1도의 자기 디스크 카트리지를 A-A로 절단한 단면도.
제4도는 제3도의 자기 디스크 카트리지에 디스크 구동장치에 배치된 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 정보의 기록/재생이 가능한 원반상의 기록/재생 장치와, 이 기록/재생장치를 회전 가능하도록 수납하는 한쌍의 수납장치와, 수납장치내에 기록/재생 장치를 회전 구동하기 위한 구동장치의 축 선단을 받는 센타 시트를 갖춘 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 전술한 센타 시트가 수지중에 고체 윤활제가 분산되어 만들어진 윤활성 고 분자막을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활성 고분자막의 고체 윤활제는, MOS2, WS2, PTFE중에 적어도한개인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활성 고분자막의 수지는, 에폭시계 수지, 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 비닐계 수지, 아크릴계 수지중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 센타시트가 폴리에틸렌 텔레프탈 레이트 필름상에 윤활성 고분자 막이 설치되어서 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 센타시트가 구동장치의 축과 평행한 방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 된 누르는 부재에 부착되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  6. 정보의 기록/재생이 가능한 원반형상의 기록/재생 장치와 이 기록/재생 장치를 회전 가능하게 수납하는 한쌍의 수납 장치와, 수납장치내에 기록/재생장치를 회전 구동하기 위한 구동 장치의 축선단을 받는 센타시트를 갖춘 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 센타시트가 윤활성 수지중에 보강제가 분산되어 만들어진 윤활성 고분자 시트를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 윤활성 고분자 시트의 윤활성 수지는, 불소 수지를 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 윤활성 고분자 시트의 보강제는, 폴리클로로트리폴리에틸렌, MoS2, Cu, Zn, Cu-Zn합금, 폴리불화 비닐리닌, 이미드계 수지, 아미드계 수지, 이미드-아미드계 수지에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 고분자 시트의 두께는 0.05-0.3mm 인것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 센타 시트가 구동장치의 축과 평행한 방향으로 움직일수 있도록 누르는 부재에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
