제1도는 본 발명의 데이터인증시스템이 적용된 IC카드와 단말장치 및 센터로 이루어진 시스템구성도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 IC 카드내에 구비된 메모리부의 구성을 나타낸 도면, 제3도(A) 내지 제3도(C)는 IC 카드와 단말장치사이의 상호 인증수순과 단말장치로부터 IC 카드에 대한 데이터기록 수순 및 센터에서의 기록데이터 인증수순을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 최소한 1개의 키데이터를 갖추고 있는 제1전자장치(1)와 이 제1전자장치(1)와의 사이에서 통신이 가능한 제2전자장치(21)를 갖춘 데이터인증시스템에 있어서, 상기 제2전자장치(21)로부터 상기 제1전자장치(1)에 대해 제1데이터와 이 제1데이터를 암호화하기 위한 키데이터를 지정하기 위한 지정데이터를 송신하는 수단(27, 23)과, 상기 제1전자장치(1)에 의해 상기 제1데이터와 지정데이터가 수신되면 상기 최소한 1개의 키데이터중에서 상기 수신된 지정된 데이터를 기초로 1개의 키데이터를 선택하여 이 선택된 키데이터를 사용해서 상기 수신된 제1데이터를 암호화하는 수단(3, 11, 7) 및, 상기 제1전자장치(1)에 의해 상기 제1데이터가 모두 수신된 다음 그 암호화데이터중 최소한 일부의 데이터를 상기 제2전자장치에 송신하는 수단(11, 9)을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터인증시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 1개의 버퍼메모리와, 이 버퍼메모리에 수신된 제1데이터를 기억시키는 수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터인증시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전자장치는 최소한 1개의 암호화알고리즘을 갖추고 있고, 상기 저정데이터를 송신하는 수단은 상기 제2전장치로부터 상기 제1전자장치에 대해 제1데이터와 그 제1데이터를 암호화하기 위한 키데이터와 암호화 알고리즘을 지정하는 지정데이터를 송신하게 되며, 상기 제1데이터를 암호화하는 수단은 상기 최소한 1개의 키데이터와 최소한 1개의 암호화알고리즘중에서 상기 수신된 지정데이터를 기초로 1개의 키데이터와 1개의 암호화알고리즘을 선택하여 이 선택된 키데이터와 암호화알고리즘을 사용하여 상기 수신된 제1데이터를 암호화하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터인증 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 상기 2전자장치로부터 상기 제1전자장치에 대해 제1데이터 및 그때마다 내용이 다른 제2데이터를 송신하는 수단(37, 25)을 더 갖추고 있고, 상기 제1데이터를 암호화하는 수단은 상기 제2데이터와 키데이터 및 암호화알고리즘을 사용해서 상기 수신된 제1데이터를 암호화하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 인증시스템
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1데이터를 암호화하는 수단에 의해 암호화된 데이터를 상기 제2전자장치에 송신하는 수단(3, 11)과, 상기 제2전자장치에 의해 상기 암호화데이터가 수신되면 상기 암호화데이터의 내용에 의해 제1전자장치(1)의 정당성을 판단하는 수단(23, 37), 상기 제2전자창치(21)로부터 제1전자장치(1)에 대해 제2데이터를 송신하는 수단(37, 25), 상기 제2전자창치(21)로부터 제1전자장치(1)에 대해 제2데이터를 송신하는 수단(37, 23) 상기 제1전자장치(1)에서 상기 제2데이터를 수신하면 그 수신된 제2데이터를 상기 저정데이터를 기초로 해서 선택된 키데이터와 암호화알고리즘을 사용하여 암호화하는 수단(3, 11, 7) 및 상기 제1전자장치(11)에서 상기 암호화된 제2데이터중에서 최소한 일부의 데이터를 상기 제2전자장치에 송신하는 수단(3, 11)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터인증시스템.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 키데이터는 어플리케이선에 따라 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 인증시스템.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2전자장치(2)는 상기 제1데이터를 발생하기 위한 난수발생수단(25)을 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터인증시스템
