Description
Claims (9)
- 방향족 모노비닐 화합물과 다작용성 비닐화합물의 공중합체인 스티렌계 중합체로서, 다작용성 비닐화합물에서 유도된 부분의 중량비율은 방향족 모노비닐 화합물에서 유도된 부분을 기초로 하여 30∼300ppm이며, 중량평균분자량 150,000∼350,000 이며, 운동점도의 비율 Δη´(η´a/η´b)(여기서 η´a 및 η´b는 원추디스크형 전류계의 전단율이각각 1×102rad/sec 및 1×10-2rad/sec일 때의 운동점도이다)이 0.07을 초과하지 않는것을 특징으로하는 스티렌계 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 모노비닐화합물은 스티렌인것을 특징으로하는 스티렌계 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 비닐화합물은 디비닐벤젠 또는 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타 릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중량평균분자량은 180,000∼330,000 위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체.
- 방향족 모노비닐화합물을 35∼350중량 ppm의 다작용성 비닐화합물과 10∼500중량 ppm의 중합개시제와 혼합하여 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계의 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 모노비닐 화합물은 그속에 응융할수있는 고무성 중합체가 3∼10중량% 혼합 되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합율 60∼200℃ 범위의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 모노비닐 화합물은 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 비닐화합물의 양은 방향족 모노비닐화합물을 기초로 50∼250중량 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
