제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 반도체집적회로를 나타낸 블럭도, 제2도 및 제3도는 각각 제1도에 도시된 반도체집적회로에 탑재된 CPU의 구성을 나타낸 블럭도.

Claims (7)

  1. 논리회로부(21)와, 일괄자외선소거형 불휘발성메모리(22; EPROM)와, 전기적으로 데이터를 입력, 소거가능한 불휘발성메모리(23; E2PROM)를 동일 칩 위에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체집적회로는 마이크로컴퓨터이고, 상기 논리회로부는 중앙제어장치(21)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 일괄자외선소거형 불휘발성메모리
    (22; EPROM)에는 상기 중앙제어장치의 제어동작을 담당하는 프로그램이 기억되어 있고, 상기 전기적으로 데이터를 입력, 소거 가능한 불휘발성메모리(23; E2PROM)에는 상기 중앙제어장치에 의해 처리된 각종 데이터가 격납되어 있으며, 이러한 소자들 즉, 중앙제어장치(21), 일괄자외선소거형 불휘발성메모리(22; EPROM) 및 전기적으로 데이터를 입력, 소거 가능한 불휘발성 메모리(23; E2PROM)가 시스템버스에 의해 종합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중앙제어장치(21)가, 산술적인 논리연산장치(31)와, 레지스트군(33)과 명령디코더부(32)로 구성되고, 상기 명령디코더부(32)는 일괄자외선소거형 불휘발성메모리(22; EPROM)에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중앙제어장치(21)는, 산술적인 논리연산장치(31)와 레지스터군(33)과 명령디코더부(32)를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 명령디코더부(32)는 전기적으로 데이터를 입력, 소거 가능한 불휘발성메모리(23; E2PROM)에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중앙제어장치가 자기프로그램(自己 Program)이 가능한 디코더부(73)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 자기프로그램이 가능한 디코더부(73)는 전기적으로 데이터의 입력, 소거 가능한 불휘발성메모리(23; E2PROM)에 의해 구성되고, 상기 명령디코더부(32)는 일괄자외선소거형 불휘발성메모리(22; EPROM)에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 명령디코더부(32)에는 학습알고리즘이 입력되어 있고, 상기 자기프로그램이 가능한 디코더부(73)에는 학습에 따라 각 논리를 변경하는 기능이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
